My engine started knocking, I called around to get my car serviced. Calvin, was very helpful. Diagnosed the problem and was able to get my car fixed with in 48 hours. Also I was quoted one price to fix this the repair, I agreed to it. When I went to pick my car up, it turned out to be less then originally quoted which was great. They were efficient and always communicated. Will definitely have my business.

Great place to take your vehicle. Derrick, the front desk guy is awesome and they do really great work. And the price was VERY surprisingly cheap. I had fender flares put on my truck and got an oil change, had them fix my a/c and they replaced my emblems. Highly recommend this place. Very honest too which is a relief.

I live 5 minutes from Royal Auto but I would drive significantly further to have them do my work. Highly professional, quick, and communicative. The management is good and honest, and the prices are fair. I had them perform a repair and a few weeks later, through no fault their own, the repair failed (19 year old truck). I took the truck back in and they had it fixed swiftly and didn't charge me for the second repair. I would trust any car I owned with Royal Auto. I previously had taken a different car here to have some parts changed out to pass inspection, and the experience was smooth and easy all the way around. I was able to call ahead and get a quote for labor broken down by part, as well as total cost of labor if I supplied the parts myself. While they had the car, I got a call to confirm a bit of work that wasn't clearly communicated by me, so that I wasn't going to be surprised by a higher charge at the end. The work was done well and professionally, and the car passed reinspection with zero issues. Overall, fantastic auto shop and great staff. Worth more than 5 stars.

I used this business based on a recommendation from a coworker. The staff was so professional and helpful! They were quick to answer and very kind on the phone. The drop off/pickup processes were easy. They were able to diagnose and replace my battery a day earlier than anticipated, and called me each step of the way in a prompt manner. My husband and I have brought our cars to Royal for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The customer service has always been exceptional. Most importantly, Calvin and staff have earned my trust by never trying to upsell me on services, clearly explaining what issues were, and communicating what and when was needed. One time, they even suggested that we take our vehicle to the dealership because their opinion was it was recall-worthy repair and they wanted to make sure we didn’t have to deal with a hassle. (They were right). Highly recommend.

Excellent service shop. Honest, clean and timely. I brought my car in for an out of state inspection. 45 mins later the deficiencies were shown to me (hole in taillight and brake pedal pad). Royal offered to have needed replacement parts available and installed a day later and the re-inspection. Would be free. While waiting I saw team members speaking with customers, making recommendations and describing issues in a friendly and respectful manner. I have recommended my daughter use royal auto repair for her maintenance and service issues going forward.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this company deserves it. I have been bringing my 2015 RAV-4 to Calvin, Brian and Co. since I purchased it new. I change my oil and rotate the tires, but rely on them for everything else especially guidance about what routine maintenance needs to be done. I drop the vehicle off at regular intervals, hand over my maintenance log, and just ask them to look it over and tell me anything that needs to be done. I fully trust them. They have always been so honest and reasonable. They are always polite, kind and informative. Today, I took my car in for a 200K checkup fully assuming something would need servicing. They called me to say it all looked great, there was nothing at all that needed to be done, the transmission fluid had another 20-30K left on it and they were only charging $35 for them to look it over. They could have taken me for quite a ride since I gave them carte blanche to do whatever needed to be done. But they didn't. This kind of integrity is hard to find. This is why I keep coming back. When I first purchased the vehicle, I asked them what I could do to make sure it kept running as long as possible, and Calvin said to make sure I changed the oil every 5000 miles despite the manufacturer saying it could be every 10,000. I have done as suggested, and I have had a very healthy vehicle that has made it to 200K without any major repairs. I am sure I am jinxing myself now, but I know where to go when I need work done on my vehicle. My father also uses this shop for all 4 of his cars. They are top notch and very honest - a true rarity in today's world.

It's been 18 years now and I still get great service! I started going to Royal 15 years ago when they were on Willow spring Road. It was the closest to my job. I have received excellent service ever since. I have had the mechanical maintenance/repair as well as body work done. I highly recommend their services. Many of my coworkers also use their services, and I think that's a testament to the quality of service that you get at Royal.
