Nice people but be careful. Bought first car and had to put $400 + repairs into it within first month. *have your own mechanic look at it before purchasing*. Was also told no lights were on the dash and when I came for a test drive the airbag light was on. And the tpms light came on within a week after barely driving it. Definitely ruined first car experience but wouldn’t say they’re not worth checking out- just beware.

I've waited a year to make a review to see if my car would hold up, and it did. I'd have to say I'm very impressed with how well my car held up compared to other dealers' options by experience. The car has only needed one repair that didn't cost more than $150, and I have to say I'm a satisfied customer. Would definitely come back and do business. Highly recommend. My car gave up on me right in front of the shop and that very same day, they fixed the issue (the muffler). While fixing that issue, they noticed the misfire and decided to do a further diagnosis instead of just letting me leave with my car. (There were other issues that they clearly explained to me) Not only did they work on the car on that day, but they worked on it during the weekend. They stayed in contact with me for updates and the pricing was very reasonable. This was my first car issue and they were really comforting and helpful. Thanks guys!

This shop has made the experience of buying my first car wonderful ! A few weeks after purchasing the car there was a small issue with the belt so I took it back and they fixed it in less than 24 hours at no charge. I took my car to the shop on a Saturday to have my sun visor mirrors replaced and Mo did it in less than 10 minutes and even gave me a brake fluid fill up. The staff at this shop are very friendly and helpful! Also they even offered to replace my passenger side door handle, I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for personable experience for not only to purchase a vehicle but also for anyone who is searching for a reliable mechanic.

My wife and I were traveling from Toronto to Virginia and our car broke down on I90. We called Royal Auto Sales & Service to check if the tow truck can drop our car to their shop so we can find out what the problem was. The owner was very polite right from the start and assured us that they will do anything they could. When we arrived there they immediately placed our car into the shop and started troubleshooting! Since we own a European car we know how hard is to find people that they can work on the engine and how hard it is to find parts especially on a Saturday without and any advance notice. Not only they were able to order the parts from the dealership but they also fixed all the issues and had us on the road in a few hours. The owner even treated us to lunch as we had nothing to eat the whole day. Not only we didn’t have to stay overnight but we were able to get back on the road and make it safe at home late that evening. Thank you for the great customer service.

I can't say enough about how great this auto shop is and the team. After being stranded and broke down, Moe, Sam and Mike came to the rescue. It was a long weekend and they all stayed late to ensure my car was towed and fixed the same day. In desperate need of a mechanic I passed by Royal auto on Kenmore and decided to give them a try, I pass by there almost every day, Glad I did, A man named moe took me right in lifted my car up and showed me the problem, gave me a quote and had my car fixed in 24 hours,It was a BIG job and it cost me less than them other places.I don't trust mechanics but I'm so thankful I found one I can trust.
