10/10 Great customer service and quality auto work!! I would recommend this place compared to all the other places in buffalo. :) Engine repair was done 3 weeks ago from here. And my car is perfectly running smooth. This is definetely my best recommendation!!!!!

I got work done there twice last summer. At the time I was desperate and didn’t know mechanics in the area. They lack experience. The owner seems somewhat knowledgeable but definitely not enough to run a professional mechanic shop. They are definitely a bit more pricey than other small mechanic shops in the area. I got a window fixed thru them started having issue after 2 months. I took a headlight assembly for him to replace. He lacked knowledge and took everything apart then, said the part I brought wasn’t correct. He guilt tripped me into paying and at the time I felt that it was my fault so I paid him. Later I took it to a mechanic who works for westherr and he was able to get everything fixed and quicker and pointed out what they did wrong. I wouldn’t recommend taking cars with complex issues or newer cars there.
