Needed some urgent work done on pretty short notice. I wish I got their names but I was helped by two different guys in two weeks. The owner (I believe) was coming off a vacation and was definitely catching up on things he missed out on. That didn’t matter as he was able to get my urgent work done, and order and replace my tires in the same day. They were very nice and attentive.

I have lived in Detroit, Manhattan, and Los Angeles and RPM is the best experience I have had with mechanics and car repair. Their work was excellent and expedient. My appointment was for Thursday, brought the car in on Tuesday and it was done by Wednesday! The fellas there are also Iowa “nice”. Until you’ve worked with a Los Angeles mechanic who seemed angry that you have brought the car in you don’t know how refreshing that is! I have been going to RPM for a number of years and I won’t go anywhere else.
