I have used this location, RPM at the avenues, for years. Although changes were experienced when Pep Boys acquired this shop, I have continued to have very positive experiences here. I have found them to be reliable and very honest. Recently, there was an occasion In which I had a bit of an emergency and RPM could not fit me in (I called them). Therefore, I ended up going to another recommended auto repair place. I was excessively overcharged for installation of a car battery and told that I needed $1000 worth of work to Correct a small oil leak. Long story longer, I took my car back to RPM As I was very uncomfortable paying that amount amount of money for work that had just been done less than 30,000 miles prior. Robert was able to resolve my problem for an unbelievably lower cost. Yes, the “new place“ was completely trying to rip me off! These guys have integrity and I completely trust them with my vehicle! Highly recommend RPM at the avenues! Thank you and thank you to Robert!!

We were driving through Jacksonville a little after 4pm Friday afternoon when a ladder appeared in the middle of the interstate! My son and his family were all in the car. We hit it hard as there was no way to avoid it! Another car hit it as well. We were thankful to be okay, but we had to wait for the car to be towed. The car was towed to RPM Automotive, and they looked it over and fixed what they could. They couldn’t have been kinder and were very professional. We were able to get the car to a hotel and then home safely the next day. The car is still being repaired here where we live.

This is my first go around to coming to a show to say well-established mechanic shop. I was recommended from AAA to come here to get my car, looked at for service and the amount of time it took them to check on my vehicle, even though I was the only one here was outstanding then I was charged a diagnostic fee and didn’t even get any paperwork for my diagnostic fee of $118 so I had to come back up here for it the staffing seems very unprofessional and very racist. I came in just letting them know off the top what I was going to do and what I needed to be done, but even with this information and being professional, and knowing that businesses have things that they have to do as well. I will not be back.

had a panel under my car come loose and i was nearby this place. drove in and they were able to help me by removing it for me and got me in/out of there in 10 minutes. I would recommend making an appt for service though as they seem to get busy. Very helpful people! Thank you guys!
