RR classic did a great job on a truck i brought in that gets abused in the summer driving through hop fields they made sure to get in all the weird, hard to get to spots very impressed. RR has respectfully gained my business and will now be doing my company’s fleet of vehicles. Ive been to other detail company's before and they always tell me a certain price to do a full detail and we would come to agreement but when its time to pay they would start to say “well we have to charge more for this vehicle because it was more dirtier than expected”. RR classic stands by their word and will not change their price after the agreement. Thanks RR classic!!

I brought my car to Rigo on 5/18 for a paint correction and rim refurbishment. It was supposed to be ready by 5/21, but that date came and went. Rigo told me he still saw swirls and needed to do a 4th step. I was ok wth that since I dont drive the car much and appreciated the attention to detail. But more delays followed. He said he hadn't done the 4th step because he ran out of compound, and also said he's guy that supplies the rim paint is out of town. Then when I picked up my car he said he didn't do the rims because he ran out of sandpaper. Meanwhile he was posting other people's cars and rim jobs on Instagram wich made it clear that my car wasn't being prioritized. After missing the original deadline, we added on wrapping the roof, a part of the grill, and painting the diffuser, since the car was already there. We agreed on 700 for the wrap 300 for the diffuser (Diffuser done by his neighbor shop), but the next day he asked for another 200 with no clear reason. He had my car from 5/18 - 6/18 and still didn't complete everything we discussed. The rims were untouched, the badges weren't reinstalled ( he said they fell off because of ceramic coating) and some parts of the car weren't detailed thoroughly. At first I was super happy with the paint, but on closer inspection there were still a lot of swirls on the hood, front bumper was not worked on, there was still visible dirt on the skirts, and the vinyl wrap already has small bubbles in it. I believe this shop is capable of good work, but my experience was very disappointing. Poor communication, shifting excuses, lack of good worksmanship and follow through. Even if they offered to fix it I won't be taking my car back. I'd rather pay someone else that same money again to properly do the job.

RR Classic Touch has repaired a few different sets of wheels for me. Incredible (like new) results, a very fast turn around, and great prices, too! Attached is a photo of a wheel that was repaired, you wouldn't know it had curb rash!
