Walked in for an estimate for my vehicle. Receptionist was not helpful with that questioned me if my insurance even knew I was going there. After asking who my insurance was & asking if I planned to get repairs done there…the receptionist told me it would not be possible to even get my vehicle in until late December or January. First impression was not great & reception was rude. My business will gladly be taken elsewhere.

When I asked about the history of the repair shop, the owner responded "we are a family owned business that is rooted in Yakima and our community. I am proud to call us a family business that has been around for over 10 years. Our hard work speaks for itself and our work is our integrity ". That is what caught my attention right away and the deciding factor in why we went with Auto Art & Collision. The process was fluid and worry-free. It's a wife/husband duo and they both kept us up to date on anything they needed from us or our insurance. They also communicated the timeline of when we would get our minivan back. They did an amazing job. It took a little while to get in to them but it was well worth the wait. I backed into a poll and now you can't even tell I was in an accident. They also sent me a text update everyday to let me know what stage my car was in. I would bring any other car that needs body work to them in a heartbeat.

We had a positive experience with Auto Art. The entire experience from the parts standpoint was crazy because it took literally five months for the job to be completed at NO fault of Auto Art. No parts were available for our new VW. Irma and Emily at Auto Art are to be commended for their communication and support during this long process. Literally hundreds of parts and the work is pretty darn good. The techs are like magicians!

I used to use auto art for a few vehicles, it was good work and nice people to deal with. Last time I had a need a different employee was working the desk and she was short with me, rude, and unaccomadating. It is very hard to get an estimate in their very particular windows. I’m sure they still do good work if you’re deemed worthy of their time.
