After taking in my bmw for a diagnostic I was told my high pressure fuel pump was bad. They told me it would be 2300 all said and done to fix. I asked where the high pressure fuel pump was located and they stated that it was inside the engine. They guaranteed that this would fix ALL my issues so I gave them the green light to fix. After 2 hrs of work they called me and said my car was ready for pick up. When literally pulling out of their parking lot the engine light came back on. I turned right back and told them what was going on. They said it might be an AIR LEAK. After leaving my car there over night I was told that now my turbo was going out. This was something they missed on the first inspection🤔. I went in and asked them to show me how they came to the conclusion. When explaining how they came up with the turbo not working properly. I noticed that they had lied about the location of the high pressure fuel pump. I addressed that issue with the technician and he said he didn’t remember telling me where it was located. This made me question their integrity and I decided to leave.

I just picked up my Mercedes today from Autometrics after they were able to correctly identify the heating/cooling issues with my car. The whole process was top notch to include upfront diagnosis cost and both text and emailed updates complete with pictures, diagnosis, and options to fix. I went to Toyota and had them service my car. They left a rag under the hood which caused my car to catch fire. Toyota said there was no damage but I came here to get a 3rd party to look at it. Cody was super nice and looked at the car and confirmed that it looked like there was no damage. I’m super lucky that was the case. Toyota brushed me off after seeing there was no damage. That was due to the two nice people that put the rag out so quickly! Super grateful for Cody taking the time to help me out!!

This place is professional. They did a difficult repair on my Prius and charged me $1,000 less than the Toyota dealership quoted me. They have a two year warranty on parts and labor, which tells you the quality of work they do. This is no mom and pop shop. I will definitely come back here if my Prius needs more work! UPDATE: these guys did an awesome job on my Prius! I took it in for more brake work and they spent days on diagnostics and ended up charging me nothing for it! They document everything and it is very transparent. These guys are true professionals. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I had a nightmare experience when my fuel pump in my Mercedes went out on Thanksgiving, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Cody, who made everything so much easier. He got my vehicle in right away, confirmed diagnosis walked me through the entire process, and even offered prices better than the dealer. Despite some unexpected complications, Cody still honored the original price, and I’m truly grateful for that. Their text of the inspection report is an outstanding feature that keeps you fully updated on the status of your vehicle as well as their guarantee on labor and parts gives me even more peace of mind. I’ll definitely be returning if I need anything else done!

I worked with Cody there yesterday and he was super helpful! If you have Something wrong with your Tesla they can sort it out for you! Great service, I liked the Text based notifications and scheduling. They were able to get me in pretty quick as well!
