I highly recommend going literally anywhere else unless you don't mind being charged for things that they tell you are included. Very unprofessional response time. They are the reason dealerships have such poor ratings.

This was the first service for my new Colorado. I was very pleased with the service Eli provided to me during my visit. He communicated with me throughout the entire service texting updates and going over the vehicle inspection with me. I purchased a used truck from this dealership and noticed a loud “zooming” noise coming from the tires almost immediately after purchase. I brought the vehicle in early on and was told nothing was found. When the noise continued, I returned again and the dealership then identified the tires as the issue and submitted a warranty claim for replacement. At that visit, the tires were balanced and rotated. Later, I was informed that the warranty claim was denied because the tires were allegedly cupped due to a lack of rotation at a recommended interval. This explanation did not align with the situation, as the noise was present from the beginning, the issue had already been documented by the dealership, and the dealership later acknowledged that the tires were not rotated prior to selling the vehicle. Additionally, the dealership offers a 2-month guarantee on used vehicles, and this issue was reported well within that timeframe. The only resolution offered was a free alignment. Unfortunately, the communication throughout this process was argumentative and unpleasant, and it felt like there was more focus on deflecting responsibility than on resolving the issue. While I appreciate the alignment, I was disappointed with how this situation was handled overall and expected better support given the early reporting of the problem and the dealership’s own guarantee.
