Staff is usually very helpful and if they don't have the part they can tell you which one of their local stores have it. Everytime I try to call other parts stores including a different O'Reilly they usually out me on hold for 5+minutes, this store is very prompt in helping all customers.

They wouldn't let me use the bathroom even though I was bleeding profusely. I know it's strange but I needed to wash the wound out. However, I understand policy is policy. The selection is good and prices are fair. They won't reset codes through the obd anymore which sucks but again policy is policy. Sometimes I just don't like policies. Lol

If you need a really really really cheap built POS if a replacement part this and AutoZone has everything you need for a repair that might as well be used! No wait the used parts are better at least they are OEM and if you feel like you want to throw some money into crap parts that might work and get some more miles on the car but likely will do nothing more than cost you time and even more money within a year or two almost guaranteed you are doing the same repairs and getting angry enough to break even more crap unnecessarily. Save yourself money and time get parts that are correct and made here in the USA or by whoever it was manufactured by this way you spend a little less time replacing the same friggin part all the friggin time!

HORRIBLE customer service, they tell you they have parts over the phone and then you get there and they say another store does, however that store doesn't either. Rude employees who have NO clue what they are talking about. I called at 8:52 and they won't answer the phone even though they close at 9. I'm contacting the regional manager and will throw a HUGE fit just to make sure I get my point across..I spend a bunch of money here but no longer will and I will strictly shop at Autozone or Napa from now on. You can't answer the phone with 8 minutes to spare for a simple price inquiry, you obviously don't want my business so YOU WON'T GET IT!! I'm sure your corporate office will love to hear about this. I have multiple people doing the same thing to make sure our point gets across because I see your corporate office only has 3 stars online as well. And they will no longer be shopping with you either and we're farmers who get parts often. Great job pushing people away.

Awesome establishment. Manager is immaculate. Her and the associate's at this o'Reilly's in Yakima really hustle to provide amazing customer care. Knowledgeable and accurate. Having been part of a team for a reset project, had me very appreciative for the service this location provides. Many parts and common items for a variety of vehicles. Visit north east Yakima and if need auto help. Visit that o'Reilly store.

Jesse and Jacob went above and beyond to help my friend and I fix a power steering leak in our truck. We bought some things and they were kind enough to lend us some tools to use to fix it up. They didnβt have to do that, but I believe kindness carries, and they and your store have some good karma coming yalls way! Appreciate the wonderful customer service.

Horrible customer service from a worker there named Scott i believe. I went in to get new windshield wipers and from the start he acted like it was a bother that I asked him for help. He stared witu his Sighing and typing extremely hard on his keyboard . After I took the numbers and purchased the wipers I asked how do I put them on, he took them out of the package and said the instructions are in the back β pushed them back to me and turned away β . Pretty much β figure it out β I went out side struggling to figure it out and he watched the whole time . A lady pulled up and helped me and now we have two females trying to figure this out as he watched through the window as we struggled. Over all he was rude from the start and was not a very friendly person to approach. I will not be coming back to this location!!β
