They kindly helped me identify the parts and services my car needed and replaced the parts and performed the services excellently and efficiently. I could not POSSIBLY be more pleased with the results!! I highly recommend the headlight restoration here. I had one done on a different car somewhere else and it didn't make much of a difference. Not only did the headlight restoration cost less at jiffy lube but the difference is like night and day. They also offer a premium high mileage full synthetic oil which has provided noticeable benefits in how my car sounds and drives. They even offer windshield wiper blade replacement. Jiffy Lube is like a one stop shop for all of the maintenance essentials associated with car ownership. Annnnnd free top offs? I'm a customer for life.

★★★★☆ This Jiffy Lube location has consistently provided me with a positive experience. I have come here for my past three oil changes, and the process has always been quick and convenient. Lindsey, who is usually there when I visit, is outstanding. Her customer service is excellent, she is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes customers feel valued. She also takes the time to explain things clearly within her scope of practice. The oil changes can feel pricey, but the convenience makes up for it. I don't need an appointment, and the service is completed much faster than at other places where I might have to leave my car for an hour or more. Here, I can remain in my car, or wait in their lobby (they always offer, I always stay in my car). Even when staff is servicing other vehicles, the wait time is minimal, typically no more than 10 minutes before it is my turn. another benefit of getting oil changes here is that they will top off your oil if it is running low (up to a certain maximum amount, though I do not recall the exact amount). They also perform safety checks for when you're going out of town, to ensure vehicle is ready for the trip. This includes checking oil levels, tire pressure, windshield washer fluids, light checks (turn signal, brake lights, regular lights, and long lights), and coolant levels. The reason for the four star is because when someone other than Lindsey helps me, they try to upsell additional services or parts that I do not need, such as air filters. Since I know how to change both my cabin filter and engine filter myself it becomes annoying that staff pushes these additional items or services. Ultimately, I really value that Lindsey provides service without being pushy and other staff members should practice that. Overall, I am satisfied with my service here and will continue to return.
