Thankfully I haven't had to have my vehicle repaired from a collision, but when I do, I can only hope there is a shop nearby that cares and advocates for me, the customer nearby. Marc goes out of his way to make sure that your safety is not compromised by insurance companies Andrew that your vehicle is repaired to the strict standards put forth by today's manufacturers. Highly recommended!

Contacted this place in February about minor damage to rear tail light. Insurance sent him a check for their estimate. He said it wasn't enough to repair the damage by at least $2500 and that he would call them. He also said he would need to keep my truck for at least 4 weeks, because he was so busy. Finally in September, 7 month after initial contact, three physical trips to the shop to "refresh his memory" and many phones calls later, mostly having to leave messages because his voicemail said he was on vacation, I left a message to just forget it and mail the Insurance check to me. Never got a call. Never got the check. I had to call the insurance company and have them stop payment and reissue directly to me. He may be the best body guy in Yakima but I'll never know. He needs a secretary and a few more shop hands.

I had a friend in a nearby town to GSR Collision have an accident. He contacted me because I had previously done all his collision work. I checked reviews and this shop stood out, and boy did they deliver on their promise. My friend's car got all new parts, had it done correctly and the shop made sure the safety inspections were done also. Yes it costs more than other but it is well worth it for quality and safety.

Simply Amazing! I have used several autobody shops in the past, but none have gone to the level of attention to detail, craftsmanship and customer care as GSR! It is abundantly clear that the customer comes first. You know you have an advocate on your side to make sure your repair is done not only correctly, but back to original factory standards. I was so impressed they also had my vehicle sent to the dealership both before and post repair to evaluate for any hidden defects both with mechanical and cosmetic. He fought with insurances and helped us navigate through the mess all while re-assuring us and answering all of our questions. I had an accident breaking the taillight of my German car. Reading the good review of GSR Collision I went there. As you know German car parts are expensive and hard to get. Marc was very helpful to direct me finding the parts (for free). After I got the parts they helped me to remove and install the new taillight. German engineering is, to say the least, detailed and complicated. Marc charged me very reasonable price. More importantly, did a great job paying a lot of attention to details. Reasonable Pricing and Excellent Workmanship. I do not wish to have much future collision repair work for myself or anybody. But, I will be a GSR customer if I need any. Marc, Thank you!

My car got broken into and the thief dented one of the doors in the process. Frankie and his team were very helpful and professional. Helped me get a temporary plastic window in place so the rain and snow didn't get in the car, while I waited for the insurance claim to work its process. The body work and paint job is great. It looks perfectly new. And it was done in a timely manner and on budget. I have used their shop twice. Both times, same great work and service. Hopefully I don't have to use them again (having other people stop damaging my cars would be a good start). But if, I have damage to a car, or just want a good paint job, I will be coming to them.

Got into an accident and decided to take it to Premier the car had some parts that needed to be replaced and painted. Franky did well in keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle, when I got it back it looked like it had not been in an accident.
