I have had excellent experiences every time I've taken my car here. They even switch out my winter wheel/tire sets for free. ***Wanted to update my review with more gratitude to these guys. I've had my car in there 3 times in the last few weeks for different reasons. Each time they were super honest about what I needed and didn't even charge me since it was covered under previous services. Amazing experience, wish all auto shops were this honest and professional. ***

Sunday Sept 14th my car had some sort of system failure. Once I got it started, I went to O'Reilly's and Firestone for help. I don't live in Yakima and needed to get back over the mountains. O'Reilly's attempted to help and Firestone didn't much care other than to charge me $110.00 and not until the next day. I went to Pep Boys to try to get some help. The employee who came out to help me, was a lifesaver. I was so flustered and panicked I didn't get his name, but he hooked up his instrument and got all the codes I needed. He cleared the code, and my car ran with no other issues. I was able to give the codes to my husband for further research. He was so empathetic and calming as he assured me that the codes would not prohibit me from driving back home. So, to whomever was working Sunday September 14th, you are amazing, and Pep Boys has a new customer!

I’m so grateful for the team at Pep Boys! After getting my tires rotated, my car developed a loud humming sound that never went away even after driving over 500 miles (I thought it might just be the tread). I brought it to two other shops in town, both of which told me everything looked fine and even assured me the bearings were good. When I finally went to Pep Boys, one of the mechanics took the time to ride with me, listen to the sound, and actually hear my concerns. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad wheel bearing and replaced it. No more noise! I was honestly so relieved I could cry. The other places made me feel like I was imagining things. Thank you, Pep Boys, for your kindness, patience, and excellent service. You’ve earned a loyal customer!

Recently had a great experience working with pep boys to have a lift kit installed on my Toyota Sequoia. They were able to get me in the day after I called, and the finished the install and alignment for a reasonable price the same day I dropped the car off. They did a great job with the install and the rig looks fantastic. Thank you to Cameron, Tyler, and the rest of the team. They even stuck around for a few minutes after closing to give me time to pick up my keys! Thanks y'all!
