I have been going to Joes Tire for a little less then a year. The staff are all kind and courteous. They always seem to make time to do a quick fix. This is my Tire shop best price anywhere. I needed all 4 tires replaced asked for quotes everywhere I was getting quotes no lower then 1,300$. Asked Joel it was 1,000$ the change out was quick and efficient also.

This place is great I took my wife's car in because the brakes were making noise and I thought they might be In need of replacing they said no your brakes are fine and didn't charge me a thing So I love the honesty,I bought snow tires and rims for my wife's car at a great price and had it done in an hour's time after the rims and the tires got in......update as of March 2025 took my daughter’s tire in with a flat got charged $25.00 for a flat repair, How does curiosity? I called less schwab to see how much they charge because $25.00 seemed a little high,they told me that they didn't change for flat repairs...now I know.

Great Customer service. We had a fairly minor issue, but we called and they were able to get us in right away. Not only did they quickly take care of the issue, they were very fair in what they charged us for their time. Other places we called said they would have to charge a full hr of shop rate even if it took less than an hr. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly. Mechanic not only checked the one break with the issue, but he checked the others as well, advising us that all looked good. Will definitely return.

Got into an accident and my wheel was damaged. Didn’t know the measurements of it since I purchased the truck with the set already on them. I took the wheel to Joel’s to get the measurements. I thought they might know since they work with that everyday. The guy wrote down the wheel size and I purchase the wheel online and went to get it installed with them. After the wheel was installed I noticed the wheel was pushed in a little more compared to the other ones.i go back to the guy and ask him why that wheel looks more tucked in compared to the others and he mentions the offset is different from the other wheels. So he had given me the wrong wheel size all along.im out $300 for a rim I can’t return and now my truck looks goofy with a smaller wheel. Smh

I was going to Fred Meyer when my low tire pressure light came on. Luckily I was right across the street from Joel's. I had never been there before but was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Every employee was so kind and helpful. The service was fast and they didn't even charge me. Although I had a roglugh start to my morning I was grateful for Joel's!

Absolutely great experience for my first time coming here. I needed an alignment done on my car and was set up with Bill to get it taken care of. Made the appointment for 3:00 p.m and Bill was already on it. He got it taken care of quick not even an hour! I was super satisfied and impressed he took care of it that fast. When he finished my car he explained what he corrected on the car as far as the alignment goes and told me some cool but important details about his adjustments on the car. His knowledge and experience is what will prompt me to take my car back again in the future along with all my cars that's how much I liked his work and his experience! Hey Joel, u got an awesome alignment guy working for you he's the man! 👍🏼

Costed me thousands in repairs they refused to do. Got new tires+ alignments, refused to align my rear passenger tire, new tires wore as I got them rebalanced at Joels. They tell me I need new tires and a new control arm, I go somewhere else and they fix it immediately. I truly hope you go to Quick Lube. Zero star if I could.

Read the Photos there is a long long review that tells what happened to me at this horrible establishment! They should be sued for assault! If you want to pay 4 times the cost of repairs, have someone damage your vehicle, do work you didn’t order and charge you then throw keys in your face just visit Joel’s Tires! You’ll understand after reading the full photo review and then searching the one star reviews on YELP

This place has never done me wrong. Been going for about 10 years with a few different lifted jeeps and trucks. Every issue I've had with suspension they have identified and fixed. They have actually helped me save money, setting me up with a pair of tires someone else didn't pick up, or like today, told me I didn't need a part another alignment shop in town told me I needed. The crew is also a fun, great crew. Highly recommend to everyone!

Usually take my truck here for tire needs but not sure now. Recommended she take her car for a leaky tire. They said they didn’t see anything and it must be her hitting curbs. She went home looked a little further it was a nail. Obviously they couldn’t be bothered and didn’t care that day.

I have been going to Joel’s for years and used to love and trust their work. Until recently, I dropped off my 1999 Jeep Wrangler for an alignment, they provided a laundry list of items that need to be repaired to get the alignment correct. After 700$ and a week or so later I finally had my vehicle back. When I got the jeep back home I saw (see first photo) a bolt was partially walking back out. I thought no big deal that happens.. later that day I took my jeep to the store when I heard what sounded like a bolt fall off. After I stopped the jeep and pulled over I found a bolt on the ground. Inspecting the jeep further I found my rear track bar bolt had fallen out after Joel’s had installed a new rear track bar relocation bracket. (I walked to the hardware store and grabbed a couple washers and a locking nut last picture). Thankfully it was the rear and not apart of the new front track bar they had installed. The reason a person pays professionals to do this type of work is for peace of mind. Now I have to spend more of my time going through everything they installed making sure it is all tight and installed properly. Be careful and make sure you double check everything is tight.
