Beware, these guys don't follow through with what they promise. They had a car with a bad pulley bearing, but I offered to buy it once their shop fixed the bearing. Got a text that the work was done, and I told them I'd be in the next day to finish the paperwork. By the time I got there, the car was sold to someone else, and the man behind the desk blamed me, somehow. No apology, just anger at me for "causing trouble". Oh well. Just won't be back.

I found Gorilla Auto Center easily through social media. Where I was directed to their website, that provided me vehicle options and easy steps for financing! While uploading documents online I was helped by the Gorilla Staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the documents and information I would need for my car purchase. I was able to quickly do most of the documents online and go in person to finalize the sale. Their lobby was immaculate and showed their professionalism. Prior to Gorilla Auto Center I encountered unhygienic, unprofessional and pushy car sales staff. But at Gorilla Auto Center I was helped quickly and they were already prepared for my arrival. Making the process quick and efficient, they ensured I enjoyed the car and showed the utmost professionalism. The two staff that helped me Chris and Anna, had great customer service. Chris walked me through the documents offering me a water and was friendly while we finalized paperwork. Anna walked me through the car and the process she ensured that I was given any information I would need. And was very helpful in transferring my plates to the new vehicle I purchased. Gorilla Car Auto made my first car purchase a stream lined experience. When I need to make a vehicle purchasd in the future, or provide a recommendation. I will always refer them to Anna and Chris. Endorsing them with my full confidence in their professionalism and knowledge .

Bad shady people selling cars that don't work. Bought one from them and it's a piece of junk even though it cost 3x more than my other 3 cars. So many problems with it. Be careful buying from Gorilla.

So a family member of mine took my account and made a false rating. Here's my honest opinion on this dealership. They don't make you feel like you have to buy a car, I love that. The truck I got was great but had some issues, got it inspected by the dodge dealership and got a list of issues. Talked to these wonderful people here and gorilla and they took the list and fixed everything for me. No extra charge or anything. They actually care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. Y'all are amazing!

Buyer beware- they sell lemons. I went to test drive a Mercedes and they had the roof completely disassembled because a part broke on the sunroof. I asked when it could be fixed and they said “We’ll get back to you this week, we promise”. Heard nothing for a week, came in the following Sunday they said “Hey, sorry we dropped the ball. So what happened is the part we ordered isn’t right so we can’t sell it to you”. Looked at and test drove a Subaru Crosstrek, the outside was beat up, cracked paint where the previous owner must’ve got hit or backed into something, high miles, advertised as “with sunroof” on social media, got there- no sunroof. Tested it out, low tire warning came on, car veered to the right- needs alignment and interior was in poor condition. They stood firm on their price that was AT MARKET VALUE but didn’t have all those things taken into account. After that frustration, they said they could put in a “custom order” if I gave them my specifics but then said “we require a $1000 deposit on it” but I couldn’t even see the car in person or test drive it before putting $1000 down…? Ridiculous. Long story short, I trusted them to find a Crosstrek for me (it’s been 2 weeks) no updates or anything. The craziest part is the office is filled with girls just sitting around on computers playing on social media and yet no one could find a car for me? I went ahead and bought a Crosstrek from the west side, amazing customer service, prompt responses, and bought the car within 2 days. Don’t waste your time with this place, they’re lazy and promise things they can’t uphold.

Shady dealership . Highly would not recommend typical used car dealership. I went to buy a car for 20 k they said it was in great condition and it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. They would not adjust the price at all and all of the issues were safety concerns they did not care and said they will just sell it to someone else who does not realize all the maintenance that it needs.
