Car wash comments I’m sure attract mostly just negative comments but these guys have continued to raise the price to $45 now for a standard wash, dry, and barely vacuum plus tip. You can’t tip as much to the workers that deserve it when you cost 4x the H20Go down the street.

Came in on Friday at 10am not busy at all. Purchased Gold package.They didn’t vacuum my back seat or the trunk area even though door was left open. The front bumper still very dirty, like it was never washed. Disappointed with the services.

I have been a customer for a long Time, over 10 years. I have tried other carwashes and I keep coming back here. José Romero is always friendly and helpful with his suggestions and the rest of the staff is also respectful, dedicated and very good at what they do. I highly recomend this carwash.

Love this place. My parents have been going there for a long time and I’d go with them as a kid. My dad is a big car guy and he’s been going there for years so they do it right. Now that I’m old enough and have my own car I go here too. Jose (#358) is always very kind to me and he made it a very easy, positive experience when I started going by myself the first times and when I struggle in social situations. The cashiers in the shop are also very kind and are good at helping me too. The people that hand your keys back are also very polite. My car always looks way better after I go, in my perfectionist eyes. Would recommend.

It is truly a shame I have been coming here for many years. They have taking away all of the seating inside and we are forced to sit outside amongst all of the construction. I am an older woman with health problems and I need to have a place to sit inside. I asked the lady at the counter and I was told that the only owner does not want people waiting inside. Also my membership price has increased dramatically and the service that I am now receiving has also declined dramatically. I have cancelled my membership! One last thing….. the man who takes your ticket as you first drive up (Jose) is extremely rude and when you don’t buy additional services he treats you like crap. I was told that Jose relies on his up-sales to make a bigger commission. I am done with this place the last straw for me was that this place can not provide a tiny corner for the elderly or disabled.

Paid $43 for the gold wash and it took 20 mins for three guys to half wash the car. The trunk remained unvaccuumed and still dusty on the inside for a vaccuuum/internal & external clean & wash. Will not come back

I have a 2023 Nissan small SUV , I keep it in garage and well kept . I decided to try these guys out and I paid for the most expensive wash - detail. It was terrible. I don’t think they cleaned the inside at all . Just vacuum the floor. Just the front didn’t touch the back here’s a few photos of right after they were done cleaning

Russell Fischer is the absolute best place for all of your car needs! They are the best car wash, details, wax and customer service I’ve found in Southern California, even Arizona. The price for what you pay is amazing! Jose is the man and always a pleasure to see, amazing customer service and takes GREAT care of anyone I bring to refer to Russell Fischer! 10/10 recommendation!

My roommate recommended, but the bad reviews gave me pause. But they did a fabulous job! The woman who vacuumed my car was amazing. She was so thorough! And while my dash wasn’t perfect. I paid for the base car wash. No additions. And it was pretty darn nice and much cleaner! I think they had a rough patch and took the feedback to heart. I would definitely give them a chance.

I just moved into the area and my car was a disaster. Dropped it off this morning for the Complete Detail plus clay bar. I have to say, I am completely impressed and extremely happy with the service I received, both in customer service and the detail. You would never know this car drove 2800 miles with a white dog in it. Definitely have a patron for life.

The man who greets you by the vacuum station did not greet me (but walked by me) a few times. I asked for a coupon and they don't offer any. The people who vacuum your car did an awful job. This location was dead. The customer service here is a 0 out of 10. I dont anyone even speaks to you. They just take your money and walk off. I paid $25 for my wash and I was not satisfied AT ALL. I showed the guy at the end a bunch of stuff left in the car from the vacuum station and he came in with an air hose and just blew the stuff all over the car instead of it just being in one spot. #LOCALGUIDES

They know how to wash cars. That’s it. Terrible customer service. Just hire somebody with some people skills to greet the customer and tell them their options and what to expect. That would fix all of the bad reviews. The other locations don’t have this issue.

Just paid 180$ for a hand wax with interior and exterior trim. Terrible. For 180$ you think it would be pretty amazing. Neither bumpers were done, the back wheel completely left untouched. The interior looks like I left it. I can't believe this place and what a rip off it is.

I got my car washed yesterday and it wasn’t until today that I realized they broke my cars cup holder. Worst part is that after breaking the pieces they didn’t even clean it. Now I get things happen so I called the location to speak to someone about this where I was met with the manager who told me I cannot prove anything and that it was basically my fault. The manager also told me that I can make a complaint but that it would not do anything since he would be in charge of the investigation. After I told him that he is trying to persuade me not to file this complaint he repeated to me again that he didn’t tell me I should not make the complaint but that it would not make a difference for anything.

I decided to try this place for the first time after using H2Go for a couple years. Let’s just say the humans are as bad as the machines. What a terrible wash. After 30 minutes with my car, there was still dirt in the most obvious places, like behind the wheels and on the running boards. Zero stars if possible for this $40 “wash”.

This was my first time coming to this car wash - my boss suggested I go here since he was happy with the wash he had gotten. Be prepared to pay a little more, but if you check-in to Yelp, you'll save a few dollars. They do a really good job - there were a couple of little spots of bug poop that could have been wiped off, but my car was pretty dirty so it was not a big deal! The one thing that I like is when car- wash places blow the water out of the little spaces so that when you drive away drops of water don't streak across your clean window - and thumbs-up that they o this! The thing that REALLY got my attention was the little shopping hallway they had!! Rather than walking down a long hallway to watch your car go through the wash, they have all sorts of really nice clothes, accessories, decorations, gift items, etc. to shop! I was able to pick up several gifts and a few items for myself. Unfortunately, the clothes were mostly smaller sizes - not sure how often they replenish stuff, but I look forward to going back to shop again and get my car washed too. Looks like they also offer other services like a dog wash, and Lyft ride - I'm not familiar with these services- I just noticed a sign that was posted. I'll definitely be back!

I had a monthly membership at this car wash for a several months, but unfortunately, my experience was consistently poor, leading me to cancel. The fundamental issue is the quality of the service. I often had to go back and clean areas myself because the team frequently missed spots. The interior was never properly cleaned, which is a basic standard for interior service. More concerning are the operational issues I encountered: On multiple occasions, employees unintentionally switched on the Four-Wheel Drive and the 2L settings in my vehicle while cleaning the dash/controls. The business went through extensive remodeling closures, making my membership (which went from $109 to $115 without notice) difficult to use. The billing issues were the final straw. My membership fee was raised without my permission, and one time I was incorrectly charged $54.99 in addition to my monthly rate. Between the inconsistent cleaning quality, operational errors with my vehicle settings, unexpected closures, and unauthorized billing changes, I cannot recommend this business. I hope management addresses these significant issues.

I’ve been coming to this car wash since the mid-1980s, and ever since the new ownership took over, the prices have become noticeably higher than any other car wash in town. I hope the new owners take that to heart, because loyal customers definitely feel it. That said, I want to recognize the exceptional service I received from Luis Garcia. My newly painted vehicle had some surface scratches — not caused by the car wash — and Luis went above and beyond to help. He applied hand wax and carefully worked the area by hand using microfiber towels until the scratches were removed. His attention to detail softened the blow of the higher prices and reminded me why I’ve stayed a customer for decades. Luis Garcia is a standout and truly deserves the credit.

Worst customer service ever and hidden fees. Nobody tell me about the additional charge for “Vehicle Size Charge”. I noticed the charge once I paid. Legally speaking this charge is against consumer rights in California. When I asked the manager about this charge she was not really friendly saying that is normal the fee and her attitude it was really terrible, she was not even talking to me directly without eye contact, she was almost laughing at me. Be careful with this business.
