$125 detail. When I got my car back I was told "we did the best we could." I detailed cars for years in Texas and this was nowhere near even a hard detail job. They didn't wipe down my speedometer cluster and my seats were still wet. Look at photos too see how good of a detail job they did.

Just went to get a car wash today and The manager was so rude to me for no apparent reason. I just asked for a single wash and he tried to sell me so bs. I told him no i’m not interested and he started getting mad and the tone in his voice changed. New manager asap.

I really like this location overall and have been here dozens of times, never having an issue until today. A manager at this location (Alex, I think his name was?) informed me that my unlimited plan would not be honored at this location due to a rust hole in my fender. He said he would allow me into the wash only if I were to repair the hole - something that would cost hundreds if not thousands on an old Buick. I am baffled at his suggestion that rust would "spray back at cars behind me" - something that no one has ever said to me before at any car wash location ever. I also found it very odd that the truck in front of me was honking at the first truck in line and flipping off staff members. This manager did absolutely nothing in the defense of his own staff in the face of such a rude customer while I was asked to leave and not return with my specific vehicle. Knowing that I can't use my membership at all locations, I've decided to cancel it. All my respect and thanks to the other staff members here who are overall very nice. They deserve nothing but the best.

This place is awesome! Free drinks for customers and free vacuums. Quick service and great results. They clean your car extremely well and it’s not expensive at all. Only around 35$ for inside and out cleaning with wash dry and wax. Definitely recommend this place.

Their free vacuum advertising is a scam to get you to park in their lot with limited transparency about what you are about to get yourself into to lure you into their membership. Their memberships are overpriced, and not worth the extra “free accessories” you get if you lock into their membership. Their workers are not very nice about the marketing either. They absolutely do not make you want to come back.

I came last week just expecting to get a wash but I was blown away at how ready to help Christian was when I mentioned that I had been putting off vacuuming out my car for some time! He was so kind and really took the time to make sure I had access to all the supplies offered at the Shelton location and that I felt confident using them. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something Christian jumped right in without any hesitation and with a smile, which I greatly appreciated! I am thankful that Christian was there to help and I would definitely recommend that others come to this location too! Thank you Christian!

They focus on memberships, without it you can't use vacuums. Car wash is basic. You have to do the vacuum and detailing yourself. I bought the membership and twice I went to use it and they were closed. Quite annoying and unless you like a carwash every week I dont think its worth it.
