Took MH in on Thursday and it them until Tuesday to rearange the battery cables which took care of the electric problem and there was a fuse wire need to be changed and corrected at a cost of over $2000.00

Called for 4 wks to come out to give estimate. Put me off., said was gonna come and call and never did. I called for the last time, then finally gonna come and now wanted money for it. disappointing.Not a good way to do business.

This place was an absolute nightmare! Had our rv over 5 months, kept claiming they were being sent the wrong parts, young boy cursed and threatened physical violence to my 68 y/o father in front of my 6 year old niece. Had the audacity to charge for services never given. You'd be better off driving your vehicle off a bridge

The best place for RV repair! Kind, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent service. Always fix it right. I used this company several different times...1. To replace the antenna, 2.To replace the air conditioner, 3. To fabricate a wheel covering to keep stones or road debris from hitting the propane tank and 4. To repair body damage after being hit in the back by another vehicle. Never had a problem with quality of work or other issues. My "go to" place for RV care!

Traveling to get home before hurricane Ian arrived. Blew an airbag on my motorhome and was unable to travel. Richard and his staff went out of there way to see that we were repaired and back in the road within hours. He and his staff were so accommodating, conscientious and knowledgeable not to mention personable, friendly and easy going. Kudos

left my motor home on a friday to have a side sliding window replaced. was told it would be ready early next week. long story short, it was there 5 weeks and when i picked it up the window was installed as a solid glass window. never returned my calls, it was a nightmare. afraid to leave it again, i might never see it . would not take an RV to them. they are feeling their way around. oh yes it was twice what he told me it would cost. We took our travel trailer to Hi Tec Rv and it is the worst service. Richard does not tell the truth. When he says it will be a week to complete the work it turns out to be 2-3 months and it is still not completed. We bring it home after paying for a three months of rental for another place. Months later Rich says bring it in to do the work. Again he says it will be a week and told take two weeks so it can be completely done. Two months later still not done. Please find some other repair shop. I pray for them, for they know not what they do. The work was paid by Procressive insurance and they only pay approximately $700 per claim for rental coverage and no more. The repair shop did not want to help us with rental either.

Steps went out on my motorhome and because we were going on a trip I went to Hi Tech . They diagnosed it and ordered the part and said it would in by the following Wed. or Friday at the latest. I had to pay for the part upfront 702 dollars . The part did not come in and I said said cancel the order they refused then I was told the warehouse didn't have any and I said cancel and return my money they refused! Then I was told the parts were in transit 5 days later I was told the warehouse was out of stock again I ask to cancel they refused! I fixed it myself replacing only the controller for $70 . They ordered the entire step kit which was not necessary. I found them to be very unprofessional. If you order parts use a credit card so you can dispute the charge. The parts finally came in a month later so now I have spares sad!

I left my Fleetwood Storm on September 18 to repair a in the back . I made it very clear I live in it so not having my home for a extended period of time would not work for me Richard assured me the turnaround would not be long it was the second week and he tells me he sent estimate to insurance company and has not heard back I call insurance they say there has been nothing sent to them so my son talks to Richard and the third week he finally starts repairs it’s done so I go to pick it up and the whole time they had it no one bothered to plug it in which resulted in all the batteries are dead my refrigerator is off so everything in freezer and fridge has to be thrown out which includes hundreds of dollars in insulin and it has stunk up my home with mold in the fridge and they still have not plugged it in tomorrow will be four weeks they have had my home promising to fix the problem but have not. I do not recommend anyone go to these people

So..... 2 yrs ago My Coach was worked on at this Place. Had the worst experience ever with a body shop. Dropped Coach off in March and We were finally able to pick it up in September. Every excuse in the book as well as bold faces lies. Stay away far away. The reason for posting this, the repairs that were made on the rear of the coach have failed and it is at another Shop that a good friend of mine works at.... Body work was completely done wrong.......
