Nick, the owner, knows his mechanical stuff but lacks customer service, for examples doesn't get back to you leave you hanging. I had satellite installed on rv roof . The next day, it rained 🌧 water and came in all over the bedroom all over my satellite receiver I left Nick messages never call or showed up left me hanging I wind up calking leak on my roof my self ,plus nick ordered a part for my refrigerator which I paid for never got $100 part . Last msg I left for him , I was taking him small claims court. He finally msg me BACK he wind up mailing me my part. RV PARK TOOK HIS BUSSINESS CARD DOWN PLUS OTHER RV NEIGHBORS HAD bad service WITH HIM. LESSON LEARNED DO YOUR RESEARCH

Wow! Thanks to Darrell for helping me with a scheduling problem. I live in Virginia and have a short window of opportunity to fly to Tampa, retrieve my motorhome and get on the road with it. I needed a quick radiator flush and refill done and he was kind enough to call a local service company for me since it is not a service he can perform, schedule it for the day I will be in town, and make it happen for me even when he will receive none of the business himself! That's customer service my friends! It is this kind of genuine care for customers we RV owners need to get behind! I will use and now recommend RV Repair Plus from now on!
