I recently had to have my truck looked at for a check engine code 4 or 5 other shops refused to look at because of Easter weekend rwc was open had me check in found problem they had parts and was able to fix and get my truck back on the road with in 24 hours mechanic's and service tech was very helpful,friendly and polite as it was Friday afternoon when I got there had to stay night in motel service tech gave me a ride to motel will definitely use them anytime I'm in the area THANKS TO RWC STAFF

These guys are FANTASTIC! I had a engine issue with my motorhome. I originally called another local mobile service company who told me they would contact their mobile tech, and let me know when he could show up. After waiting for 3 hours, I called for an update, and was told someone would call me back. They never did. In the meantime, I had contacted RWC in Yuma who referred me to their dispatcher, Grant, who took my information, and told me someone would call me back shortly. Within an hour, Andy called, and told me he would be at my location in about an hour. He showed up right on time, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I highly recommend RWC RV Mobile engine repair in Yuma.

The guys in the Yuma Service department are amazing! When my bus broke down, they found me a helpful towing service. They diagnosed my bus issues right away & gave me & my family a safe place to boondock while waiting for parts. They were considerate of the fact that my bus is my home & waited until they had all the parts before starting repairs. When the final part arrived, they worked late on New Year’s Eve to finish the repairs so we wouldn’t be sitting for two more days, allowing us to start our New Year with a more hopeful attitude. Besides being professional, they are incredibly kind, compassionate, friendly, & honest. As a single woman who is not mechanical, during a vulnerable time in my life, these guys made me feel safe & valued. Thank you!
