They rate other tow companies and leave lying reviews that other tow companies slander them but they are the only slanders (probably how they stay in business) example of one of there post :“likes to leave bad reviews on other towing companies google business page. Wont come to my face and say something. Act like a little kid using the name "frustrated parent" to leave me a one star review on something that never ocured but then months later uses the same account to give himself a good review. i belive most of those are probably reviews from himself. Use Border State. We are strait forward, confident and are accountable. we dont hide behind a keyboard and a mouse.”, not to mention when they say they are open 24 hours a day no one answers the phone how can you be open 24 hours but not answer the phone

I was broke down on the side of the road and one of the drivers for border state had seen me while driving by and made it a point to stop and see if there was anything they could do, he even asked if i needed a cold water bottle! Great, friendly service, not to mention the driver was very cute, Cant beat that!

About a month ago I was broken down near tacna and a local gave me the number for border state. At first i was a little upset when they told me that they wouldnt be operating for another week or so but he reasurred me that he would find someone to help me. To my surprise he kept his word and got ahold of another towing company. These guys were very professional, if i ever brake down in the area again i would definetely call them first! I normaly dont leave reviews but that last frustrated #### needs to go to bed. Probably just a hating on a young successfull towing company owner. My tow truck broke down on on the 8 omw out to San Diago. The truck was a brand new International roll back that had a Regen failure. Border state stopped and asked if i was alright, i had a heavy motorclub suposedly on there way out so i told him i didnt need service. The driver left me with a couple ice cold bottles of water and gave me his info incase i needed it. well three hours of waiting i gave them a call and they were out withing 20min. He towed me back to his shop where his mechanic cleared all the trouble codes. i didnt have the money in my account to cover the bill which was more then fair, but i told him i would omw back from san diago. They were awesome about it and trusted me to pay them on the return. I have mad respect for this guy as should everyone else. This guy sold his home and everything he owned except tools and clothes to start his business. For the first couple of months he was living out of his shop, buying towing equipment before he bought food or a fridge. i would recomend them for anything. dont let haters get ya down brotha...you are gonna do great things.

my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. my insurance called every towing company around but no one would answer or take the tow. Border State towing came out and towed us back to his shop. they were able to repair the car in a few hours. very friendly fast and profesiona. I would def use them again.

My company leased a freightliner cascadia through penske fleet. The truck become disabled in Mexico about 4 mile from the San Luis commercial border crossing. My company hace mechanics in San luis Mexico, but they could not get truck to move. It was in derate and had no throtle. Penske send out Border State, but wasn't told the truck was in Mexico. With limited time until border closing over the phone instructed our mechanics how to bypass the derate and get the truck into the USA. Very knowledgeable, very professional and accommodating. They have the ability to think outside the box in order to solve a problem. Very good job, good company. Thank you Tom.

Im a owner operator and have a couple of trucks running back and forth from San Diego to phoenix...we called Border State with a regen problem on our 2015 Freightliner Cascadia. They are the only ones in the area that do road service on semi trucks and DEF systems and they were fantastic. Tom responded within a half hour and had diagnostics complete within an hour. The only thing that took time was waiting on the part because it had to come in from phoenix. Great service, great price, fast and friendly. When he arrived the first time he had cold waters and the second time he came with the part he brought breakfast. We will def use again for any repairs on our trucks.
