I am a snow bird from Montana. My vehicle broke down and tow truck driver dropped our car off at this business to check and fix our car. I believe they plan it this way. I was told I needed a new starter to get the car running. I received the bill for the starter replacement. A whopping $876 dollars. I was upset 😡. Snow birds Stay away from this greedy crook.

George and his team are miracle-workers. They had me back on the road within a day, with reasonable prices and full explanations of why each bit of the work had to be done. Truck runs great. I'm very satisfied. I would def recommend this shop, oh wait - I think I just did.

This place was a lifesaver. I was traveling through from out of town and started having engine trouble. George went out of his way to personally help me. Confirmed the car could not be driven back to Phoenix. After that he helped me contact rental car places, he then made sure I got a ride to a nearby hotel. He kept my car overnight while we could make arrangements to get it towed. He really went above and beyond, all out of pure kindness. If I ever have vehicle issues in the area again, this is where I will be going.

Though they could not fix my car George was willing to take time and listen to the issue. And make suggestions as to where I could take it. Had he had the special tools needed he would have done the job. His honesty is what you want when going to a shop for repairs. I would rather have them tell you upfront and be honest than take your money and not do the job right. I would recommend him to anyone. Because he did right by me by being honest. To me that’s the Most important thing when dealing with car repairs. Do the job right , be honest & Price fairly ( Don’t gouge the customer you want them to return) and word of mouth will make or break a Business.

Took my car in for 50,000 mile maintenance. They did a fantastic job! George was very helpful and friendly as was Kyla. She gave me a ride home so that I would not have to wait at the shop. Then, someone from the Express car wash place on 38th gave me a ride back to the shop when my car was ready.

Took my truck in for AC service. It was not a straight forward repair as it was an older truck and the problem had been intermittent. George and his team were able to diagnose and solve this problem that had been plaguing me since we left Seattle in October. Really appreciate their tenacity and willingness to get us in and out in a timely manner. Great people with a willingness to get the job done right. Thank you so much!

It was two days before Thanksgiving and we accidently put gas in our diesel pickup. AAA recommended these guys so we had it towed to them. we got the truck there in the afternoon and they had it all done first thing in the morning. You would have thought we were the most important customer in AZ the way we were treated and we're from Montana. I would never go anyplace other than here for any reason. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys, what a pleasure to work them them. They took my wife to the trailer park and picked us both up the next morning.

I just want to post my experience with George at this shop. Before my husband had passed he took all our cars and motorhome here for service, Well before he passed he said if you need service done on cars I trust George take them to his shop. So I did I wanted some work done on my truck that was very expensive only because of labor work that was needed because the job would have been very time consuming, Well instead of George taking advantage of me he said you really don't need this work done but I will do it if you want. I was just in happy tears and told them they are a friend for life now....He's such and honest and trusty guy. So please support this company! George shop reminds me of a grandpa Jon's shop he's reliable & honest and totally very nice.

Quick & great customer service! Husband’s check engine light came on so we dropped off his truck in the morning. They offered to give him a ride home, but I was already on my way. By the time his car was ready, he had taken my car to work. They offered to drop the truck off when they were finished. So awesome to find a quick & friendly mechanic. We will be back.

I have found a trustworthy auto repair business in the Foothills. George is the most honest person I've met among repair shops. I recommend him for that and trust him implicitly. Did I mention he offers transportation to home after you drop off your vehicle? Then they arrange to have you picked up to get your vehicle back. I don't need to look for another auto repair shop

I had a complex problem with my Chevy HHR that they did diagnosis but felt more comfortable that it be serviced at the Chevy dealer. I greatly appreciated that they were willing to suggest this and it was the best outcome for both of us. Just to clarify. Neither of us were aware that the problem was what it was when we started.

The staff was both friendly and professional. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, and the drop-off process was simple. They kept me updated during the diagnosis, ensuring I approved any repairs before they started. My car was returned in a reasonable timeframe and now drives better than ever. Thank you!

I asked Accurate to look into an issue with the engine lagging in first gear. Fearing it was the transmission, after having had it rebuilt 2 years ago, I kind of dreaded his diagnosis. He was honest and didn’t try to take advantage me. He told me to pour some Techron in the fuel tank. It wasn’t my transmission. However, he said my brakes were in bad condition including damaged hardware and poor installation. I just had a complete brake job done at Unzueta’s last year for which I paid a lot. George called them and convinced them to do the honorable thing and fix the issues free of charge but when I called them, I was immediately deterred. The woman was rude and brusque. I actually feared that if I took my truck back to them they would just lie and say they fixed it. I have no trust in them. So I told Accurate to do it. They honored the warranty on the parts even though Unzuetas didn’t want to. George had my back and I’m a regular customer now. Treat your customers right. Thank you Accurate for your attention to details and for going to bat for me with Unzuetas.

Tried to get an estimate for a simple job. When he saw it was a foreign vehicle, he said "We don't work on foreign cars"....that was that and he turned away. Didn't even get to tell them what I wanted done. Oh well.

I went there just about a month ago, AC problems, was told that it was low on refrigerant, they supposedly added dye and charged it. When I received my truck boy was it working GREAT. Was asked to return the following Tuesday so they could check for leaks. George put on his special glasses and turned his special light on which was to show leaks. He did not check under the dash. None was detected. I have driven this truck for 162 miles and noticed that it did not cool as it did before. I returned it one month later and they supposedly did the same thing as before added more dye etc., was told that I should return this Tuesday again so they could do the same check. I was also told this time by George that my truck being a Dodge was known for the condenser going bad and that it is located behind the dash. A VERY COSTLY JOB. He also said that since I was selling it, I felt that he was saying not to worry about it. I own a company and I have higher standards and ethics not to do a half ass job. The leaks should have been performed all around the hoses and fittings on the AC system and behind the dash. He should have checked under the dash with a sniffer that detects the leaks. I will not return to his shop and will NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP to anyone. He also went up on the labor cost since the first time I went there. I have spent over $ 400.00 dollars for nothing. SO beware. Hank

On the way from Phoenix to San Diego, I ran over a huge piece of semi tire shrapnel. It damaged my front end and tore the engine splash shield back underneath the car. I lucked out that it happened less than a mile from Accurate Automotive. George Raygoza and his technician Frank Torres were absolutely amazing and helpful. They quickly evaluated the situation and came up with a solution that enabled me to get back on the road as safe as possible so I was able to complete my trip. They walked me through everything very thoroughly. They took pictures and emailed them to me for insurance purposes. It was top of the line service! I even received a follow up phone call checking in on how the rest of my trip went and making sure the car made it back home, which it did. Highly recommend this place if you are just passing through like I was or if you need your go to spot! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Great experience. Great price. Honest mechanics. I've been here twice now both times I've been very satisfied. The first issue I was working on myself and was trying to track down an issue. After going over it with them they said I pretty much did it all and they wouldn't feel right taking my money. And I did do it all. Second time everything was smooth and done right at a great price and I couldn't ask for more. Thanks everyone 👌 I will be coming back when needed

***Updated Review*** Management Reached out and provided a refund for the work after post of original review. I brought my 1996 GMC K2500 in for axle seals, brakes, and a hub. After the seal work, 4WD no longer functioned. The shop diagnosed it as an internal differential issue without disassembling the axle disconnect assembly. I was offered installation of a used differential, but I declined because there had been no teardown or confirmation of an actual differential failure. After inspecting it myself, I found damaged components in the axle disconnect assembly caused during the original service. I documented the damage with photos in my review. The owner reached out after seeing that review and has issued a full refund for the seal and sway bar work. I appreciate that they ultimately made it right. However, I shouldn’t have had to diagnose and repair the issue myself after paying to have the work done. My rating reflects both the original problems and the professional resolution. **Original Review** I dropped my 1996 GMC K2500 off on January 5th for several repairs including front brakes, a hub, and front axle seals. I was charged about $500 for the seal work and was told it was covered under warranty. I picked the truck up on January 14th. On January 24th, the first time I attempted to use 4WD after the repair, it would not engage. After checking myself I concluded that the issue was in the intermediate shaft housing, where this seal work was done. I contacted the shop and brought it back. Upon their "diagnosis" I was told the actuator was working but that the problem was “internal to the differential,” and I was quoted $300 for a diagnostic fee. The differential was not opened or inspected before that conclusion was given. After declining further work, I disassembled the axle engagement assembly myself. Inside, I found internal washers that were severely bent and a retaining ring that was deformed. These parts are not wear items and had been damaged during removal and reinstallation. The new seal also showed visible installation damage. The bent parts were preventing the axle from engaging. After replacing those damaged components and reassembling everything correctly, 4WD operation was fully restored without replacing the differential. Additionally, during the original repair, a sway bar link was broken and I was charged for its replacement. A portion of the broken link was left inside the lower control arm. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. My experience involved extended repair time, damage to internal components during service, and a diagnosis of a major failure without disassembly or proper inspection I have attached photos of the damaged washers and the cv axle flange where it appears someone hit it with a hammer to push the axle back in place.
