They do the work fast but they don't put the wipers right place they were making noise so I had to go back to the shop so they can fix it. And they put a black on the top of the window that it made it very difficult to see the light 🚦 .

Amazing company!!! I actually stalked their work truck in my neighborhood because I needed to fix a broken window, Asap in my house,, and they were way cool about coming over and getting me an estimate,,,(which was $60 cheaper than other glass companies in yuma!) Anywho they came over very next day and repaired everything in about 15mins,,, super professional guys and very nice!!

They wanted an extra $125 for a 2nd trip and extra guy. After wanting $265 to replace a broken dual pane window.. So then he calls me and says he can do it in 1 trip and still wanted to charge for the extra trip... What a Scammer.... $265 is about going rate. I don't even mind paying extra . Just don't lie and say a 2nd trip when not needed...

The windshield to my vehicle was cracked and I filed a claim with my insurance. I had initially opted to go with Safelite since I wasn’t familiar with any other glass shops in town and I believed it would be my fastest option being that they will go to you. Boy was I mistaken, after waiting for 1 month I called my insurance company to switch shops. They mentioned Rams glass and I just said yes being that it was the first option given to me. I am so glad I did. Jr called me the next day and set me up to replace the windshield. Everything went smooth and I’m so happy with the work that was done. I would recommend to anyone.

Said he could change the window panes. No Problem - they came, they measured. They came back and measured again, I waited, I phoned, “Oh they didn't unload them off the truck”,” be here next week”.... Next week I phoned. another story. I dropped down to the shop... “oh they forgot to order them will be here next Friday”, they weren't there for another week... the big day arrived .. This is over a month and half – “be there before lunch” so I changed plans and waited and phoned–”oh ya 20 minutes”... a few 20 minutes passed and they showed up -- with one of the two panes of glass. Then it's - “I'll give your money back... I'll bring it out sometime next week” ( ya sure). So I drove once again from the Foothills to the shop and got a check. Took it to the bank, they charged $10 to cash the check, so had to go back to get $10 cash. Like don’t bother with this glass shop there has to be better… I now have to search for it. What a waste of my time.

Called a few places to get a chip filled on my car windshield. Everywhere I called was charging an absurd amount for a chip and appointments were days away. After shopping around to get my windshield replaced. Rams Glass was and is the BEST price around. Not to mention service is FAST and professional! Upon picking up my car, he told me that my windshield had been replaced already and wasn't installed properly. I had no idea it was replaced and glad they installed the new one properly. Very Unprofessional. Did a sloppy poor job caulking the windows. The owner made an appointment for the next day saying he would meet the guys tomorrow who did the job so he could "show them how to do it right. " He never showed up. When I called he said the guys were some where else working. So why did you make a appointment to make it right? The guys left the glass in the tracks and so I called them out on it because they just put the screens in over the glass! Then the guys said they didn't have a vacuum so they had to use mine. Really ? The guys were talking the whole time about people they knew , very unprofessional. Dishonest and very expensive. Would definitely NOT recommend this company.
