So happy I found this place. My travel trailer had been wearing tires. James was awesome to deal with. Got me all fixed up. I've sent several friends and they have all been extremely happy.

Appears to be a well run place and upfront honesty. Staff knows what they're doing. I would recommend this place and, if needed, will use them again.

After driving down 3 times from Quartzite, we still didn't get the job done. We called for a appointment and they said yes, we drove down and we still had to wait 5 hrs. After all that they still didn't fix our alignment, the gentleman at the front desk is overwhelmed, overworked and understaffed. If you need to go here, pack your patience and good luck.

2nd i have needed to have my truck "PU" worked on, new tires mounted and balanced, front end alignment. Work both times was quick and good, left me with a feeling that all was done and not taken advantage of. What i felt was a very fair price, great work. Thanks to sll at the shop

Crooks..went to get an alignment on my motorhome and they told me they had to change many other parts at a cost of $4,797.90. So I went to another truck alignment shop and the bill was under $1,100, when I told the mechanic that another shop wanted to change king pins and all spring bushings he laughed and said no, there is nothing wrong with the parts they wanted to change. Above all this I called Jeff, the manager at Chassis dynamics and asked politely that the least he could do was to reimburse me the $90 he charged me for the estimate and he said to bring motorhome back to his shop, does he know how much work it is to disconnect everything once you are parked in a rv resort? He would not even consider a letter from the shop that had worked on my motorhome that kingpins and bushings were good? Beware!!!

They are a rip off. I had work done there last year I needed front end work done. I knew it would be expensive, but they got me back on the road again. Six months later I was crawling around underneath the rv and found that there monkeys didn't hookup one of my tir-rod clamps. Then there monkeys used my sockets to take off my hub Capps but didn't put them back so l get to Parker and find out there missing. So I call them they say they will send them to me in Parker, l waited six weeks, no show. So I'm back in Yuma, and need a little bit of welding done on my tow hitch. They charged me $188.00 for a couple of rods and a job that couldn't have taken more than ten minutes. I know because l worked as a welder and fabricator for 20 years, Shame on you. Don't let them bend you over like they did me. Beware.

All I'm going to say is it's not the same under the new management.. Was 10x better and had the respect of this valley when it was owned by Joe. Joe and his staff knew how to fix issues with honesty without costing financial issues on their clients while still making money.

While traveling had an issue with specific tire wearing. Jeff, Erik and the team diagnosed the issue to be one of the torsion axles. Erik assisted with contacting Dexter etc. Work was completed and I had an onsite item occur, Jeff brought 2 others out to help. Determined not related to the axle install, however assisted to take care and fix. Recommend shop for sure.

I appreciated their honesty about my trailer issue and worked with me on options that I could afford. They may not be cheap but I would rather pay more knowing the job was done right the first time. You get what you pay for these days and chassis dynamics delivers quality service and excellent customer care with BS. I would definitely use them again on other vehicles. They installed new axles and leaf springs on my pontoon boat trailer.

Stopped and made an appointment to have the wheel bearings repacked on our fifth wheel camper. When I asked that they replace the inner seal, he indicated it was part of the cleaning and repacking. I dropped it off a few days later. They were ready for me and it was ready when I picked it up. Have driven 1,800 miles since. Very satisfied. Will use them again.

Great experience with Chassis Dynamics as myself and wife live in our RV for four years now and frequently travel dirt roads in Oregon and around the southwest building trails. We had a spendy lift/suspension package installed on our vehicle with not the satisfaction we were looking for and went to numerous locations across US with mixed results. We spent one hour with Chassis Dynamics assessing our vehicle and they identified approximately 8 things in the front end alone that needed replaced and done correctly. Such peace of mind is priceless in our experience and solid professional suspension work is not hard to find if you know about chassis Dynamics! I will be a return customer for sure 🙏

Great experience. Replaced power steering pump on my RV. Job was well done and completed exactly as promised. Erik did a great job scheduling and getting the job done on time. Had a similar experience last year when they repaired a leaking wheel seal. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the cost of the repair. I will continue to use their services in the future.

One of the most hospitable, accommodating, and friendly shops I've ever been too. James and his staff do customer service right and it's clear they are willing to go the extra mile to help get you in and out as best they can. I'm a full time RVer with my fiancé and James/Joe were totally cool with allowing us to spend the night in the back of their yard on 2 separate visits to the shop for our service the following morning. This also included access to potable water and James had offered to run an extension cord if we required power (I preferred to exercise my generator). As for the service, we came in for an alignment but was explained in great detail by their technician Will why this would be a waste of time and money if we didn't retorque wheel bearings, replace the tie rods, and axle brushing before going ahead with an alignment. I can assume some people might raise an eyebrow in disbelief, but they also took time out to SHOW me exactly what they were seeing on the inspection. I can't really speak for the comparative labor costs, but it's fairly industry standard. It's not THAT easy finding shops willing or able to work on bigger rigs (Class C). Most of the other shops in the area will recommend you here, and it's no wonder why.

They are super. We're from Minnesota. We had our motor home aligned even though they found we had some other problems, that they are going to fix when parts come in. Very reasonable and the mechanics are super, multitaskers. Highly recommend them.

Though the would diagnose free....estimate over $6000...and still charged 68 bucks and left me to get my own trailer in back lot in the pouring rain. Will not be returning or recommending!

- 5 stairs, in my case do not stand behind thier work once you leave area, in our case less than 150 miles away on trip in our class A motorhome had issue with rear seal leaking again and had to have repaired while on the road. They do not stand behind there work once your you leave yuma area. In our case this was the 2nd repair issue on same wheel and seal leakage I'll never go back or recommend.
