I can't speak to their work thats why I gave them the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars. The main issue was with a gentleman by the name of Joe who has the worst customer service. The only reason I know his name is due to the front desk clerk who has good customer service and was helpful. He actually came off very rude and when asked a question would only repeat accurate automotive as a response over and over and would hang up without any additional word. Hope you have a better day my good sir and please seek training in customer service and discipline. If the owner would like details feel free to respond and if Joe is the owner ill offer a free 10 min session of customer service training. Hope you have a wonderful day!

My serpentine belt had been making a slightly annoying chirping sound after starting up for a couple of weeks. I decided to take it to Accurate Automotive to replace. They charged me $400 dollars to replace the belt and pulley. The next day, my A/C completely stopped blowing cold air, and there were rubber shavings all around the pulley and belt. I explained this to the shop, and brought it in for them to look at. A couple hours later they texted me with a quote for $1200 dollars to replace the thermostat housing unit with $800 in labor alone. When I asked about the belt, and how that could have affected the A/C, they denied ever seeing the shavings and that they must have been from the last belt. Could just be terrible luck on my part, but it certainly didn’t sit well with me. Would not recommend to anyone. I saw the shavings with my own two eyes ONLY after they replaced the belt.

Couldn’t rate my emergency experience high enough. Being stranded 70 miles from any service at night with a tank full of the wrong gas and these guys came through with solid info. We could easily have taken other people’s advice to drive the car but would have damaged our engine which would have cost us way more than it did. Great people. Car was towed and serviced the next day. As a result the 2010 highlander hybrid runs smoother than ever and so worth what we paid in towing and mechanical.

I needed Loctite put on a few screws that held my luggage rack but the guy at the counter kept saying "I don't have any Loctite on the shelf." I know very well every tech has a tube of Loctite in their toolbox, but he obviously just didn't want to help me. Is it because I was on a motorcycle? I was headed to San Diego and I was worried my luggage rack might fall off. I got to San Diego and went to a shop and I was helped right away. It took about 5 minutes. Reply to Response from Owner: I wasn't looking for magic, just a few minutes of help that I offered to pay for (and which I paid for in San Diego, although the job was so quick he said "Don't worry about it"). I wasn't looking for a handout, I offered to pay. Loctite isn't that complicated.
