Love RX Auto Care! Service for 2004 Infinity G35. Just bought this used car from elderly neighbor, low miles ~47,000, plenty of potential! Went in for ‘new car’ inspection and oil change. Oil was clean so no need to change at this time. Needed new breaks muffler was loud, both fixed. Automatic drivers seat was stuck way day back. New parts from Infinity were in thousands so Andrew found parts on Amazon that would work and seat is FIXED!! RX Auto Care is the best!!! I bring my other cars here for maintenance too; Audi, BMW and Hyundai

Took my car to Rx after I felt I was being taken advantage of at another shop. They put they car on the lift and after 10 minutes there was a plan to repair only what needed repairing. Having just moved to the area, we were enticed here by the great reviews when a car repair became necessary. I'm happy to say this is going to be our new place! The main thing for me is to find a repair shop that is honest and doesn't try to push you into repairs you don't need or charge you an arm and a leg, and Rx Auto Car definitely delivers. I went in for brake work, and they were totally honest in saying that the front brakes still had some life in them, though the back brakes needed work, and I really appreciated that. They even gave us an approximate time frame, which really helps us so we can start preparing financially. Also, the people were friendly and easy to talk to and provided excellent service all around - including a pickup!

Great place with honest and excellent auto mechanics! Just recently (01/20/2023) brought my car over to Ron, Patrick, and Andrew. Great guys. I've been having them work on my cars for about 7yrs+ or so. They are honest guys that will tell you if you can wait on a service or if something needs to be done immediately. Just recently, I brought my car in and let them know what I had in my records and what I think should be done. Anyways, it ended up being a large job, which involved brakes and rotars, valve cover gasket replacement, differential fluid change, rear wheel bearings, brake fluid change. Anyways, Patrick discussed the jobs with me over the phone and I was like "wow this is a lot." He was willing to work with me to spread out the work based on priority of the jobs. In the end, I bit the bullet and asked to do it all. The car runs great and I really appreciate Patrick's time in completing all those jobs on the same day, which was a bit of a time crunch. He worked a little bit later as he waited for me to pick up my car on a Friday. I felt a little bad as I expressed concerns of only having 1 car going into the following week (as they do not work over the weekend) when I have drop off and pickup with 2 kids. In summary, these guys are hardworking, knowledgeable, excellent, and honest auto mechanics. They have my business for as long as they are open.

The people at Rx Auto are professional, very friendly, extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. The work that I needed (replacement of blower motor) was covered under my extended warranty but chose to take it to RX and pay the extra $50.00 for my deductible because they have always done excellent work for me. They called me before starting the work to inform me that the work will cost me less than my $300.00 deductible so they wouldn't need to use my warranty. Needless to say I was very happy to pay less. I trust them to keep my car running in tip top condition!
