Worst shop ever! Took my ranger in for a new engine , waited for months nothing ever was done, had to drive there weekly to talk to someone always got a different excuse. Don't waste your time.

I cracked my clutch case and had leaky fork seals and they were very honest offered to weld the crack instead of buying a new case. They even cleaned up my bike and fixed my brake lever. They don’t over charge and have very good customer service I would definitely come back if anything happened to my bike

I’ve had a lot of cars and bikes built and worked on over the years, by far this is the WORST shop ever!! Quad was there for over 4 months and they didn’t touch it. Every time I asked for an update it was a new excuse. I don’t typically like to bash shops, but when all you do is lie to me over and over, I’m going to leave a review. I should have known when they never answer their phone or return voice messages. They finally gave me a cell phone so I could get a hold of them, I have text messages if anyone wants to see excuse after excuse. Trust me, look around for a different shop. They are absolutely not worth the headache. You can see some of the more recent reviews, they’ve gone downhill. I learned that the hard way. Now after 5 months (1 to get in there and 4 months there) I have to find another shop and wait all over again.

Great people and very honest with positive attitudes. I had been looking around to find somewhere new to take my bike as my usual shop is closed. I called 9 different locations and it was difficult to even find someone with decent phone customer service skills. Not only were they able to squeeze me in during this time but they cleaned up my bike pretty good. It had been in the garage the last few months and looked like it. He seemed like he genuinely enjoyed what he did and when you enjoy it you put passion and hard work in. I can tell this team works hard every day! Thank you for the great experience and being my new go to.

SCAM ALERT! Warning to all, do NOT take your vehicles here unless you want to get scammed. These people are thieves with extremely dishonest business practices. We took in a bike in the summer and were quoted $800 for repair, half of which was paid upfront. After MONTHS of no communication and being given the runaround when we called for status updates, they finally decide to call (conveniently right before the holidays) to say it’s done but it will cost double what they quoted, and they want the money right now or they will start charging storage fees. They provided NO written estimate, nor did they get consent to move forward with the work at this new exorbitant price. It seems that after months of doing nothing, they decided they wanted some extra holiday money so they were gonna jack up the price and try to get a nice little payday in time for Christmas. We will now have to pursue them in civil court to recoup the vehicle. It seems their quality has greatly diminished in recent years, as you can clearly see the decline in more recent reviews. Beware if you are looking for honest, ethical work, because you will not find that here.

The guys at S and P are the best. They are a really busy shop, so u need to have a little patience with them but they are busy because they are the best bike shop in Merced. The mechanics were all easy to talk to and the owner Robbie is a great guy and he's easy to work with. He worked with me with the pricing of his work and did more for me than I expected him to do and that meant alot to me seeing that my motorcycle is a 1999 BMW k1200rs and the BMW shops would have cost me 3 or 4 times what I was charged. Thank u S and P, u have my business for any motorcycle repairs in the future. Great job fellas. I highly recommend giving this small shop ur business and ur supoort.
