TLDR; I wouldn't trust this place. Went over a year ago to diagnose AC and was told a part was broken but at the time I didn't have enough time to fix it so I just didn't get it fixed. Now, I can get it fixed. I did try and schedule it for a couple places and told them my diagnoses results and all have said, "that usually never happens" but I don't know about cars so I just thought nothing of it. I finally got it diagnosed at my dealership and after running extensive tests (I mean the whole shebang) they told me it just needed a repressurization and recharge. So instead of the $1K fix I was told here at this jiffy lube now, It only cost me $250 to fix. Additionally, I also found out (from calling MANY places) that for my particular car usually only the car dealership can do the recharge due to the type of coolant.. My point, I would be skeptical of this location. For me, after this experience there's two huge red flags 1) mis diagnosed that a part was broken (easy to see if it is or not, apparently) 2) they most likely didn't have the equipment to fix it ( I'm serious when I tell you I called everywhere)

Came here for a tire rotation and they exclaimed how I needed new brakes and rotors for all 4, i only did the first 2 because I didn’t have 800$ which was already a rip off, I know nothing about cars so I let them, not only did they mess up my brakes, my alignment was totally off, when I came back to say something about it they said “we don’t do alignments” when clearly that was the case. Fast forward a year, my brakes are already worn and needed to be replaced. Worst 400$ i ever spent. Do not go here, not even for an oil change bc at the same time this was happening a man walked in and exclaimed they added way too much oil to his car and they gaslit him the entire time.

Just got my car serviced here. Friendly staff and my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. It took a little bit of extra time to get my filter and I was given a discount! Promptly open at 8AM and I was out in 40 minutes. Feel confident on the inspection and the work done. Would see them in the future!

The store manager Paul went above and beyond helping me get my oil changed covered thru a service plan I had on the car when everyone else I called wouldn't. I am so grateful for his patience and kindness, it really made my day. Everyone that works there is so friendly, I just love this place.

We have to bring our own oil since they don't carry the one my car needs. The lube tech noticed that one of the quarts of oil was 0-30 instead of 0-20. This was a very good observation and I appreciate it his attention to detail. Everyone was very respectful and kind, not something I usually encounter at a shop. I Highly recommend this location and will be coming back.

Oil change included vacuuming out car washing windows checking all fluids checking all lights and replacing a brake light and changing my air filter. Took about 20 minutes and my wife and I are so very pleased.. the staff and mechanics were friendly and very professional and explained everything before any work was done. Oh yeah me and my two cars will be going back often. Thank you Jiffy Lube it's nice to be happy about something done on my car

I was on a roadtrip coming from Los Angeles to tour UC Merced on April 19th when my oil light came on. Because I knew it was a holiday weekend I was so unsure if anything was open. I called ahead to ensure if they had my type of oil I needed. Once I arrived I received amazing service from start to finish. I was able to leave confidently and knew my car was going to be ok with our long drive ahead. I will be forever grateful the hospitality they gave me especially not being from the area and having quick service to get me back on the road.

They had me in the first half. Third and last time I get an oil change here. My car was leaking motor oil the next day. I took it back, they looked at it, showed me pictures, and said that it supposedly wasn't coming from any part they touched. I didn't notice at the time, but after getting a second opinion, they didn't take off the cover to actually look. Mechanic said the leak was coming from the drain plug. They need to be more thorough with their oil leak checks. I now have to pay again for an oil change that cost me almost $200 here. Lesson learned. Never coming back.

I’m from the Bay Area. My van was having ac issues. Also had some issue with my washer fluid reservoir. They diagnosed for free and were not able to help me on a Sunday. Mice had chewed through some of my tubes for the washer fluid. And my ac condensor may need changing or there is a leak. While that was happening they were also cleaning my car. I appreciate them helping me without charging even though ultimately I did not pay for a service. Thank you.

I had came in for an oil change and was there earlier than anticipated I got attended by Daisha. She got me in a note in less than 30 minutes, and I walked out with a great deal of oil change, my carpets vacuumed, my Plate Lightbulbs Fixed and some dash lights were on and they were able to scan that for me and give me more detail details of what is wrong with my car. Definitely worth the price and definitely worth coming!! THANK YOU DAISHA!!!:) first Woman, I see here will be coming again. 10/10

Went here to get my oil changed, won’t be coming back. Initially I thought the oil change went well, but my car was leaking a lot of oil. I went back, they said it was the loose drain plug and tightened it “for free.” My oil then kept leaking afterward. How do you not tighten it correctly TWICE?
