My mom brought her car here it sat ALL DAY , no one looked at it, no one called to tell her they were too busy, she never heard if they had to time to look at it. Mind you she’s 90 years old and no one told her anything!!! Told to bring it back in Sat , they aren’t open in Sat😫

My experience with this shop was so phenomenal that they have a customer for life. Last week I had a rapid tire leak. I was just barely able to get my car to the shop to see if they had tires or if they could fix my tire and stop the leak. By the time I reached the shop, my tire was all the way flat. The owner was the only person there and informed mt that the shop had already closed. I told him my situation and let him know that I even had a tire repair kit in my car. He reopened the shop, put air into my tires, used my own tire repair kit to fix my flat and then said have a good night. I asked him how much, and he said get home safe. I was so impressed, I had to write.

I woke up this morning to find that I had a flat . I live a short walk from S&E Auto and walked it over expecting to drop it off and pick it up this afternoon . They were able repair it while I waited . They have done other work for me over the years . though this is the first review I have given . They have always been polite . professional . and realistic in explaining what needs to be done . I recommend them . especially if you live in the neighborhood . the convenience redefines expectations . so nice .

Strongly recommend against the shop. Very dishonest. They lost a floor mat from my car and happily agreed to replace it. After six weeks of back-and-forth of them saying they would replace it, had to order new ones, would order it, without any follow-through, the manager denies that they ever lost it and hung up on me several times and told me never to come back. All over a lost floor mat that they could've easily replaced right away and said they would! Horrible, dishonest and flat out rude.

First time I visited, I needed my tires checked for air pressure. They did right away and added air at no charge. Second time I dropped by 15 mins before closing for an inspection. Truly terrible service. Went in to try and get an inspection for my car. Walked in the office no one there. Poked my head in the shop and said hello nothing. There were no cars in the shop no cars outside waiting I sat around for another 10 minutes just wondering if someone actually worked there. Decided to leave there are other places close by. I decided to call after I left and I did get an answer but was absolutely zero help just gave me attitude when I explained what was going on. Find another place to go!!

Brought my truck in with a tricky on and off engine light that was giving multiple codes. The staff was able to accurately pin point the issue I was having and they were able to fix it in a very timely manner. Also, the supply house initially sent the wrong size part and they were able to recognize this before installing them. Update: I recently wrote a review that was a mistake and the mishaps did not come from S&E automotive. I already felt distraught writing my first review because I recommend people to this auto shop & this is the only place that I have trusted to come to with my previous and current vehicle. I came here today due to a bad gasket leak the previous owner of the car didn’t take go care of it which led to me having to deal with the issues left over which isn’t anyone’s fault but mine for going for that specific vehicle (brought at auction) - Ryan, has been understanding and caring for my situations. It’s hard to come across auto shops that you can trust, rely on, or even feel safe to deal with especially as a young woman. Long story short - my vehicle is left because my car isn’t in the best condition, Ryan even offered me a ride home which I was grateful & thankful for after leaving a bad review from before knowingly I should’ve kept a close eye on the problem at first hand before pointing fingers after getting my oil change done. Even after Ryan left another worker stayed and was kind as I was waiting for a ride. Not to mention even the mechanic gave me a charger to use as I made arrangements. Ryan also gave me water which all meant a lot to me. Not many auto shops can care for customers as much as they did for me. They also fixed an old friend of my windshield wiper & was able to tow the car from an establishment back to there’s before closing time to see the issue. Communication means a lot to them and they will get the job done efficiently!
