We had a good experience with Safe Auto Care this week. My car overheated just outside of las Vegas. We had it towed to safe auto care to have the thermostat replaced and my coolant flushed. There was a bit of an oops where air was left in my cooling system and we had to stay a second night to have it fixed again, but they went out of their way to make it right. They paid for our hotel and fixed the issue first thing. Scott and Barbie were very kind and made sure we were taken care of, and even asked us to call and let them know when we got down the road safe. It’s not often you come by this kind of honesty and integrity. Being able to realize, and tell your customers you made a mistake, and to go out of your way to make it right speaks volumes. Thank you for all your help. Scott and Barbie, if you’re reading this- we did make it the rest of the way across the country with no issues!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. After breaking down 18 miles north of Baker, Ca, we were towed to Safe Auto Care. While waiting for the tow I searched for repair shops in Las Vegas. I spoke with Scott on the phone and he assured me he could handle our problem and get us back on the road ASAP. 24 hrs. later we were back on the road to Utah. A new fuel pump and control module was done as quickly as possible. Not an easy job! Mai, who handled the office kept us in the loop the entire process. This shop and the people who work there are the kindest, most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Their integrity is of the highest caliber!

the mechanics there couldn't figure out my brake noise , spent money several times replacing parts and they kept telling me everything looked good/theres no noise but when I drove it myself it was like nothing was done the noise never left ... I took it to a different auto repair shop and the mechanic there legit showed me SEVERAL problems that I had with my brakes than fixed it the very same day . HUGE DIFFERENCE IN EFFORT ! Dont come here .

This is the first car place in Vegas that I have found where I felt genuinely cared for. Mai remembered me when I came in today after only being here once before. After sharing the issue with my car, everyone worked to help me get the issue solved quickly.t car was taken back to be looked at within minutes of being there, the issue was found within a reasonable amount of time, my options were clearly shared and laid out for me, and my car was able to be fixed on the same day! I love coming here I just started coming here like last month for my front axle replacement everything came out great and today I came in for a transmission fluid change it was fast and quick. Great price for both projects. I got to meet Mai and Scott great people, very kind, very professional and very helpful. Really wanted to give this place a fair chance. Check engine light came on 2 months ago , paid $900 for tune up and spark plugs (silly of me). Then $400 for a starter (that was defective the first time) and my check engine light is still on. I myself just checked these “new spark plugs “ they are burnt and crispy black 😭💔 honestly so discouraged , this has become a nightmare and waste of my time since i stepped foot into this place. On top of being treated like an inconvenience and taken advantage of . I have to start over . Receptionist is very sweet though.
