Came in for a rebalancing of my driveshaft and installation of 2 new u-joints. When I picked up my vehicle, my driveshaft was still out of balance and the rear u-joint was missing needle bearings. Never again! Done with you! Thanks Ken!

Had a leak of oil near transfer case They had vehicle for 5 days and said it was all set. Picked veh up and drove back home Smelt oll burning on exhaust put on my lift and saw oil still leaking on muffler pipe. Took it back to them and they said they would. Check it out. They called next day to tell me it was leaking elsewhere, near turbo line . They said they road tested after repair and didn't notice leak. Word to the wise , get 3 quotes when your dealing with safe guard in new bedford ma.

I have been here twice. Several years ago when a local garage "fixed" a leak in the transmission coolant lines by cutting and then crimping the lines. Safe-Guard installed a transmission cooler and hooked it up for a very reasonably price. Last week I had to get the transmission rebuilt because I had no reverse. They gave me a couple of options and the car is back on the road and running smooth (in drive and reverse).

Left a negative review regarding my ford f150. Post was up less than a half hour and was removed. 23 days, $3389.42 later, and within 2 hours truck won't move, was towed back to safeguard. Speedometer jumping when I picked it up, abs light is on, airbag light is on and cruise control no longer works, this all happened WHILE it was there, I am taking a screenshot of this and putting it on blast. So go ahead and remove this negative review....it will just be more proof in court. I waited patiently, I paid good money...just do your part and fix my truck! I will update this review if the problem is solved in a timely manner!

They fixed my transmission in my F150 6 years ago. It costs me thirty four hundred dollars. It broke down 2 weeks ago I brought it in he checked it out realized It was a defective part in the transmission . So they rebuilt again and split the difference with me after 6 years. It only cost me $1000. I think that is a very good deal and a very trustworthy place. Thank you.

I started noticing that my transmission on my truck was having issues with shifting out of first gear out of cold start, and then I started seeing small oil drips on my driveway. I took my truck to Safe-Guard and they were able to track down the leak and made the repairs. My truck is shifting well, and no more oil leak.
