Would definitately recommend! I rented a Penske moving van from here during a cross-country move, the owner/manager Mark provided the best possible service. I was a bit of a pain too, waffling on whether or not to take a car carrier trailer, even drove it off the lot and brought it back unused the next day while they were super busy. Mark was totally cool and understanding, no big deal. Made it easy. Far better service than I've ever gotten at any u-haul.

So my backstory is that I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a car. Found a car that I really love but I was a little skeptical on the quality of the car. I'm a bit of a handyman myself but I wanted to get it checked by a professional mechanic. I found Salerno's online as it was already highly rated and figured I'll give them a shot. Now, don't be put off by initial impressions when you pull up. These people are the real deal. They're ASE-certified and been around since the 60s, which must mean for something. Think about it, a local privately owned shop that's been around for over 60 years. You can't stick around that long if you burn customers. So back to my story. I just needed a quick inspection. I showed up without an appointment; I wasn't expecting a service immediately. Chris, one of the mechanics, offered to drive me back home. And I thought what, is this car gonna stay overnight or even over the weekend? Nope. Inspection was gonna be done that day. The offer was to just take me back home for my convenience. This is what a family-owned business is all about. They offered to rotate my tires for free because my front tires were a little worn compared to the rear. You're not gonna get small gestures like that at a brand dealership/mechanic shop. My future car passed with flying colors. They caught some stuff I didn't catch and mentioned things I too also noticed. I'm a big fan of supporting local businesses and this is definitely those businesses you should check out. If you haven't been here yet, I'd give a them shot too; You won't be disappointed.

Came in thinking I had a busted radiator hose but turned out 2b heater cooler hose & the cooler it self . They informed me about the situating damage along with a couple of minor adjustments which I've been putting off. So with a reasonable price I got a few things fixed 4 the price of one. I found their customer service quite warming and informing . They didn't charge a storage fee either. My car runs better than I drove it off the lot. Thanx guys found me some new friends/mechanics. We got issues with our F150 on our roadtrip from Texas to California. They immediately put my truck on the bridge and found out we had a very bad disc brake. They replaced the two rear disc brakes as fast as they could so we could hit the road again just a few hours later. The price we paid was totally normal. I’ve had some really bad experiences with autorepairs charging a lot of money, but this wasn’t the case at all at Salerno’s. The workers are also very friendly and take time to explain things to you. I have been doing business with Salerno's for over 20 years. I know that when I drop my car off to be inspected or repaired, that they will repair it correctly and put it back to the manufacture's standards. They are trustworthy, friendly, and honest. All the mechanics seem to be certified, are very knowledgeable, willing to explain, and even show the repair process. It is a family owned business that will treat my car and myself just like a family member. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was on my way home to Phoenix and my car started acting up. I googled local repair shops and found Salerno's. They were closing soon, so I was hoping they had time to fit me in, they also had great reviews, so I called them up. They were really great guys! I felt very comfortable as soon I got there. They have a no BS approach and I truly appreciate them helping me despite being so close to closing time. I was able to get back on the rd that evening and get home!

Unfortunately this was the most dishonest place ive ever taken my truck to. Do not leave your vehicle here. Stay with it. Dont let them do unauthorized vehicle checks/service. Dont give in to their scare tactics if you dont want them to do the work.

If you ever need repairs, tires or a simple oil change go here! They are reasonably priced, always do a fantastic job and very detailed with their work. Mark is very professional in taking care of car. The first time that I got impression on his store is that he was able to find exact the reason why my engine light is on intermittently, and got it fixed. Because it’s not a reproducible issue, it was not able to be addressed when I sent it to the other store. I’m glad that Mark was able to help it out, the fix is impressive! And he always gives quick response to my request for help. One day my car key could not be pulled out, and he kindly helped it out without charging any. Recently he fixed my car issue of crunchy noise, and replaced the broken parts, now the car is in a good shape for my next trip. Thanks Mark for all the help!

I have a 1992 imported diesel Toyota Hiace firetruck. It is a rare vehicle in America and difficult to find shops willing to take it in. Parts are difficult to find as well. After calling about a dozen shops, Solernos was the only one willing to work on it. So far, they’ve replaced my clutch, flywheel, rebuilt the stator and fuse box. They were very helpful in finding parts and patient when they took a long time to arrive. I am very thankful for this business. Mark the owner is a very nice and reasonable guy, the mechanics are very personable as well. Good service! 11/10, would recommend.
