I am only giving one start because I cant make a review without one. I visited today March 10,2025 a little after 3:30 p.m. and was greeted in the most disrespectful way by an employee name Gavin. He noticed my work shirt and proceeded to tell me bye several times indicating that I wasn’t welcome. I patronize this location often being in town for work. Gavin needs to be trained on his job and develop an understanding of customer service. I do intend on reaching out to corporate.

Was told that Sam’s had lots of eggs on Monday went this morning and none to be found. Just want one pack. Asked employee when do they receive eggs She said you just have to be here when they have. When they do have them people buy carts full of eggs at a time. This should not be allowed right now It’s like during the pandemic with hoarding of toilet paper Sam’s you need to put a limit of 2 to a customer like Costco did Be fair to all of your customerx

Disappointing Experience at Sam’s Club Gas Station I visited the Sam’s Club Gas Station around 8:00 PM, well before the 9:00 PM closing time. I attempted to 2 different pumps, each time entering both my Sam’s Club membership card and credit card as prompted. Unfortunately, none of these two pumps worked despite repeated attempts. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of on-site assistance. There was no staff available to help, no visible customer service contact, and no posted guidance on what to do if the pumps failed. No signs posted that pump is not working. After trying different pumps and wasting a considerable amount of time, I ultimately had to leave without fueling up. I’m also now left concerned about whether my card information was securely handled, as I had to input it several times without receiving service. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Sam’s Club needs to address the reliability of their gas pumps and ensure that support is available when issues arise.

Extremely hard to find parking for handicapped people. Gas lines are way too long. The warehouse itself is decently stacked with items, clean, and I the love scan and go feature. Pick up you will wait a few minutes for but is manageable. Delivery is good as well but check your items because you will have missing items.

As much as I shop here, I did not expect this experience. I ordered an online delivery on 5/2/2025 to be delivered on 5/3/2025 between the hours of 12p-2p. As of 4:30pm, my order was not delivered and when I checked the order stated "Pending." I contacted via chat and was assisted by a great agent and a great manager. It seemed it was an issue that the order could not be accommodated. It was a great inconvenience to me, but they both were helpful and the manager stated he will reschedule for the next day, 5/4/2025 between the hours of 8a-11a. It is now 3:40p and I have yet to receive my order. I am now being told that the order was cancelled yesterday and will be refunded, but it's still showing "Pending" on my end. I'm not sure how that happened the day prior, if the manager and myself clearly came to agreement to be rescheduled for 5/4/2025 between hours of 8a-11a. My household likes to cook at home and I have children to feed. I've talked to a new manager. She's stating the driver had an emergency, yesterday. Well, I was not informed of this yesterday. It seems no one truly knows what happened to my order, besides I didn't receive it. Now, two days passed without my order. I asked for compensation and was told it was given yesterday. Which is true. What about today? I would not have asked, if I were told my order would not be delivered and/or cancelled. This is truly an inconvenience and I'm very disappointed with this situation

Getting gas here is a total cluster... Not only are the pumps slow, but the line backs across the parking almost to the building consistently. What make it worse is the lines having to snake around parking spaces no one uses because of the gas lines. How many years will it be before their management gets a clue, adds pumps, and removes the parking spaces for more orderly gas lines?

I was 7:55 Friday 8/8 when I got to membership line… my Sam’s card had not worked on the gas pump, so I went in. There were about 5 people in line. I thought about leaving but the young lady behind the counter picked up her head and looking directly at me… NO, she didn’t frown… She flashed a pleasant smile. I am an avid observer of human reaction. I STOOD… The line evaporated quickly as she moved about with precision-like action. For some reason, I asked her, “Are you the **supervisor?”… I think I asked her that because of how pleasant she was even though it was closing time on a Friday night… supervisors usually work past closing time… SHE WASN’T A SUPERVISOR. Bottom line: To whom it may concern. You have an excellent “people-person” in your employ… HER NAME TAG SAID MARLEE. I order a PURPLE cake and when I went to pick it up today it was RED. They refused to help me our even give us a refund for this ugly cake😭😭 I was already having a horrible day and everything was going wrong and they put the nail on the coffin with this red cake. Thanks so much for NOTHING. Never ordering from Sam’s again.

Just went to the tire service to go get my tire serviced because I’m a member. I bought all four tires from them and I go there because I had appointment and I told the guy Omar at the front desk after waiting for 15 minutes at the front desk that I think I have a nail in my tire he starts to get loud immediately saying we are not doing any walk-ins. I said I do not have a walk-in I came in yesterday. They set my appointment for today. I’m Here. He goes on to beat on the desk screaming who gave you appointment who gave you a appointment and a very deep Jamaican tone I told him who gave me the appointment the day before and he started saying you will not get your car to the end of the day. Do you understand you will not get your car to the end of the day I asked him why are you yelling at me and why are you talking to me like I bothered you by you doing your job he proceeds to say where did you park your car I said on the side of the building no you drive your car all the way around to the back of the building they park in the back and he stares at me. I said how can I park my car in the back when you just took my keys from me he handed me the keys. I parked the car in the back as I’m walking past the garage. He comes out of the garage and baby hand me your keys, baby hand me your keys. This is the most unprofessional that I have seen Sam’s in the last past seven months. I hope they get it together or get him together before they lose the value. Customer and I most definitely will want my refund back for my membership if I have to leave because of an employee being rude because they have to do their job

Thanks for wasting yet another Sunday In your curbside delivery. I've been here for almost 45 minutes, and still haven't seen mine purchase items. You don't enforce the curbside reserve spots. Accounted five people came to the parking spots with items they bought in the store. Meaning, they're wasting spots for everybody else, and this is typical. I'm sure I'm just a very tiny portion amount of your total profit margin But I think this is the last time I'm going to not renew my membership. Good riddance!

Not speaking from personal experience but this is coming from my mother whose first language is not english. Specifically for the pharmacy department: My mother had a terrible experience where she felt looked down upon because english is not her first language. The employee, whose name is Kelly (or something along the lines, a Hispanic employee, which is wild to me that she would do this) was extremely rude and had mean remarks when helping my mother. My mother had gotten a call that her prescriptions were ready to be picked up so she drove over to the store. She brought two of the four bottles to show an example of what she needed. Upon arriving to the register, my mother showed Kelly the two bottles. Kelly only gets her those two bottles, which is fine, it could be miscommunication. My mother tells Kelly that there should be two more and perhaps double check and Kelly proceeds to explode telling my mother that she doesn't want to help her. More things were said but I'll stop there. Additionally, this employee has always been short with my mother but today was the last of my mother's patience. Management for the Sam's Club pharmacy needs to be better with their customer service. My family will most likely be cancelling our membership due to this. Please be better and treat humans politely. Shame on you Kelly.

I ordered a cake for my parent’s anniversary about 4-5 days ago and on the day of the pickup I seen my cake was messed up and all they offered to do was “fill” in the gaps and made the cake even more messed up. Gladly, I got my money back. It’s just the customer service for me, they need to do better!!! I DO NOT recommend ordering a cake here. WILL NOT be getting ANY future services from me.

I want to give a shout out to an Employee at Sams. In curbside, her name is April, she went over and beyond trying to help me with an order that I mistakenly put the wrong pick up time and day. April even made an effort to personally pull the order for me, to make it quick for me torun in and out and help me get my order as soon as possible. It’s rare when you have an employee like April and I wanted to thank her I’m let her know she was very much appreciated. Again, this was my mistake… She could’ve easily just blew me off and stated hey it is what it is… But she was very professional very calming and very, very helpful!

I went for a pick up order which I don't normally do. Although all the curbside pickup spots are numbered they also have an extra 1 and 2 that if your not paying attention says farmicia in Spanish. When I got there in-between my pickup time of 12-1 none of the spots were empty I noticed the other #2 spot so I pulled in and checked in on the app. I didn't notice that the #2 I was at said farmicia. Wile I was waiting for my order I noticed several of the curbside pickup spots were filled with people going into the store not doing curbside so I couldn't move to a correct spot. I then noticed in the app that my order had been picked up but I didn't have my order. I go inside and explain the problem and ask for my order to be brought out amd they refuse. I was told they had other orders and would bring mine out after theirs although it was now after 1pm. I had no choice but to bring my items out myself to my car. This entire trip was horrible. If I could have given them no stars I would have.
