This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced and definitely the worst customer service encounter. Neither Stevie or Bri should be working in customer service if this is how they’re going to treat their PAYING customers, they’re rude and they’re liars and I wish I could get the time I wasted on them and the shop back. 0 stars, 10/10 would NOT recommend

Went in to get a price on Painting the top of my single truck Cab, and top of my camper top. I thought their price was a little too steep for my pocket book. I know they do good work, but I just can't afford their price. 😢

We brought in a service truck to get repaired on a Wednesday to replace front brake pads and fix a window on a drivers side door. Our first question was can you get this back to us by friday, and they told us yes, no problem. Every day for 11 days we called and they gave us 3 different excuses. We got fed up and went to see what was going on, they didnt even touch the truck. If you need a quick turn around, do not take their word. Highly discourage using this company.

I was in an accident and was recommended by my dad to have the car towed here. Everyone i spoke with was very very nice and pleasant. They explained everything and dealt with the worst insurance company i've ever dealt with to get the remainder of the payment. It's been a couple days now and car looks and runs great. I definitely recommend Harahan Body.

Michael and the staff at Harahan Body and Paint are awesome. My son's Ram pick up was brought there on a Monday, and it was out by Friday afternoon. The work they performed on the truck was "top notch." The paint matches perfectly, and the new headlights look amazing. Thank you so much. My son was very upset on the unfortunate incident and ya'll definitely put a smile on his face. Ya'll have definitely earned my future business.

My car had been at the shop since the beginning of December. I knew it was totaled out, but they said that the car was repairable and they even sent over an estimate. Every time I called to check the progress of my repairs, they kept saying that they were waiting for parts. I received a call from the insurance company around January 13 telling me that my car had been considered a total loss and that I needed to turn in my rental on the 23rd. I signed all the paperwork and turned in my rental only to be told that the bodyshop was not releasing my car because they wanted to make sure they were able to return the parts. I called the shop on the 27th after not hearing anything and they said that they wanted to make sure they were able to get ALL of their money back or they would have to bill the insurance company for more money. It all sounded shady. I had no rental and no way to get around until they finally decided to release my car on the 30th. Idk why they are a preferred shop.
