Mac charged me over $300 to replace a tire on my RV. When it was literally at the end of the street from his shop. He then lied to me several times about the brakes saying that it would cost around $400 to fix them without even taking a look. After he looked at them he told me it would be around $453. He then calls says the master cylinder is out. In the end it cost me $65v3 total for just brakes and he just cleaned them up. Said he spent over 11 hours cleaning them. Stay far away from this guy unless you have deep pockets. He is a nice guy and got me in and out quick but not very smart when it comes to working on RVs.

Right of the bat - this is a great mechanic shop! So yes, go here if you need work done. I have a 37ft medical mobile unit (kinda like a blood mobile) that provides medical aid to the New Orleans and Jefferson parish areas. Mack's was highly recommended to me and I must say that they did not disappoint. They kept me informed the whole time throughout the maintenance of our unit and got the work finished quicker than I imagined. With people's healthcare being our responsibility - these guys understood our needs to get the job done quickly. I couldn't recommend them enough. I will be trusting them with our future maintenance checks from now on.

I called Mack's knowing I was asking a lot. I was leaving to go back to FL in my RV when I discovered I had a power steering fluid leak. Mack got me in ASAP and got my RV checked out. The leak thankfully wasn't bad enough to need immediate repair. I got my whole undercarriage checked out as well to make sure I was safe to go the 500 miles. Thanks for the great service!!!

I want everyone to know that Mack's Auto Repair is the place to go. They helped my 21 year old daughter when her car was dragging something under her car. Mack and his employees did a great job with my f150 . They changed the steering linkage ends. And they also changed my rear end gear oil and he didn’t even have to pull the differential cover off. He has a machine that pumps the oil out.

I pulled up to get my tire patched because it had a nail in it and Mack was so nice and helpful, the mechanic patched my tire in minutes, I didn't get his name but he was in and out so quick. Mack offered to get me a price on a new tire too. Very friendly and helpful service and would recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend Mack's Auto! He found me the best deal on a fuel pump when mine went out. The price of the service ended up being less than what he originally told me. He communicated with me every step of the way! And even gave me a date when the car should be ready, and it was ready on that date. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be going back if anything happens on my car again.
