This place is outstanding. Keith and Jeanine run a very honest, reliable, and affordable auto care shop. There were others ahead of me and they were still able to finish my car in under 24 hrs. I've always driven two hours back to MS to have my car serviced at a family friend's shop bc I had rotten experiences with crooked, overpriced auto shops in New Orleans but I am so happy to have finally found such an honest family ran shop closer to where I live. This auto care shop is also a NAPA Auto Care so your parts are warrantied and they can get the parts so much faster than other shops as well. Truly a blessing to have found these people. I will never go anywhere else.

I HIGHLY recommend Gene's Automotive. They are super nice and knowledgeable, but most importantly they care about their customers. They go above and beyond and they will have a customer for life with me. i brought my work suburban in for normal service did a good job, nothing major oil change tire rotation. Second time for headlight went out which is not that easy on late model suburbans again a good job and had serviced while there. I'm on road a lot TX to FL never know where I'm gonna wind up going feel confident in their work. Also they have a very clean shop which makes me feel they do care which to me means a lot.

Great people. Taken my car here twice and they got the job done fast. Today I brought it in around 12:00 and got it back at 4:50 with 5 people ahead of me when I brought it in. Very nice and explained everything twice to make sure I understood. Always giving them my business from now on. Low prices too. Best auto shop in the city. Highly recommend

First time customer recommended by a friend, now a life long customer. Was having trouble with AC in SUV. After having a friend look at it but unable to fix it, Mr Keith, owner, agreed to take on the project even knowing that someone else replaced parts and possibly made the situation worse. Mr Keith was in constant communication keeping me advise of what they were doing step be step. AC working just fine now. Was so surprised when Mr Keith did not want to charge me for the time it took to correct the issues that were made by friend (the so called mechanic). Only paid for the time and materials to get AC working. Highly recommend Gene's for all you automobile issues.

I went to Gene's Auto Care because of the great reviews I read online, and I'm glad I did. Honesty and experience are my two top priorities when looking for someone to work on my vehicles, and Gene's has both. My ABS and ESP lights came on in my van, and Keith hooked it up to the computer (ended up being a sensor). He quoted me a price, but he actually told me that my van was under factory warranty (which I didn't realize that I had two more months until the factory warranty was up). He called the Kia dealership and made sure everything would be straight! He didn't try to lie to me so that I would pay $260 for him to repair it, but is sending me to the dealership so I don't have to pay anything. He went above and beyond great service and even took the time to explain the problem and what I needed to get it fixed! I know where I'll be going from now on, and I recommend them highly based on my experience there!

I was referred through a colleague, best decision . Mr. Keith is always accommodating , professional , and genuine. He has done several jobs on my vehicle and just recently did work on my daughters car. He explains every single detail that is going on with your vehicle , which is appreciated and he’s good at it too ! We are thankful for Mr. Keith and he sure knows how to handle aftermarket warranty companies to maximize your plan . I had a excellent experience at Gene’s Auto Care. I was having problems with my car pulling they put it on the machine found the problem and fixed it. Then my brakes were going out in they got me in there quickly and fixed that. They do great work there! Tank you Keith!

Today was my first experience with Gene's Auto Care and I wont take my car anywhere else from now on. They are all so kind and the work done was awesome and quick. I had MAJOR issues with my brakes (they pretty much became non-existent on my way to the shop😬) and I honestly didnt expect to get it back today. BUT I DID!! The price was less than I thought it would be as well. Overall happy with my entire experience here!

The guys at Gene's Auto Care are some of the best in the business. They take good care of their customers, let them know of things that may need to be replaced in the future and will be up front about their pricing and parts. That doesn't even match how fast a turn around time there is. I dropped my Rogue off for brakes first thing in the morning and by noon they were finished. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for as long as they are in business.
