Shocked. It’s not even about customer service it’s about treating people like humans. The mechanic was so incredibly rude, witnessed by Lynn in the office, I had to say something. Nothing is worth using people who are this crude. Honestly so disheartening. I will not speak to their work because that would be unfair.

One of New Orleans oldest and trusted culinary delights. Daily specials include Red Beans and rice with smoked sausage on Monday. Spaghetti and Doube on Wednesday are so dam amazing. Don't forget to try the crab fingers in wine sauce!

DO NOT go to EFI. They had my car for over 4 months and never gave me an actual estimate, or a timeline even though I called every 2 weeks or so to check in. The last time I called they just said “your car’s ready, they’re test driving it right now. It’s $3,300.” NO communication. NO apologies. The car was also returned with a nearly flat tire, and one of the side mirrors fallen off and just sitting on the seat. Now, months later my car has another problem and apparently A) they didn’t even do the work they were supposed to and B) they didn’t put some bolts back in which has actually caused another problem. Awful awful service I feel completely screwed by these people.

We dropped our truck off for service on our way out of town and they offered to drive us to the airport! Stephen and his team did a full transmission and engine maintenance while we were out of town. They kept us updated on the progress and even offered to pick us up from the airport when we arrived back in town - talk about a class act!! As Stephen drove us back to the shop, he went over all of the maintenance performed and demonstrated the improvements in how the truck was running. We highly recommend EFI Services for any automotive maintenance! Their quality, thoroughness, and professionalism is unmatched in the city!

Rude. Clearly they profile and judge before they will even consider taking your business. There are better and more honest mechanics in the area that also will not charge you as much as they do. The dealership was cheaper than they were for simple maintenance work. Definitely would not recommend them for any work at all. I only considered them because the person I bought my vehicle from always took it to them and I know how much they spent. I was ready to spend probably way more but I'll take my business elsewhere.

My experience with EFI Automotive goes back 17 years, and it has been fantastic to say the least. 5 stars does not even scratch the surface as to the professionalism and capabilities of this high-performing outfit. EFI is owned and operated by the Rosen family - Lynn and Steven, and their three exceptional children. EFI has repaired and maintained my fleet vehicles from diesel powered box trucks to gas powered service vans. They have maintained every F250 I have ever owned (on number 3). They have maintained my high-performance and supercharged vehicles such as the 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat that needed a new clutch as it was manual - and now the services on my 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody. EFI has fixed or repaired vehicles for my wife, my brother, the guys that work for me, and so many friends - zero complaints. Steven and Lynn make understanding what is wrong with your vehicle easy - they also are very clear and upfront about how much things will cost and how much time the repair will take. They have all the latest gizmos and computers to work on all types of different vehicles from high-end foreign to standard domestics. I could write another 3 paragraphs about this company as they are so good, but I must land the plane by simply saying that I would NEVER take my vehicles ANYWHERE ELSE. Hunter
