I have been twice so far for my Buick Lucerne. One time I went I was having trouble with my tire going flat. When I went to pick it up it looked fine and they told me they could no find a problem despite doing multiple tests. I was not charged for this service and my tire has not had a problem since. The second time I went I had a back taillight cover that needed to be changed. While the cover was expensive (not their fault) they did not charge me AGAIN for having that replaced. I will be going there from now on for any auto services I may need. I hope to pay them one day soon LOL

I have a '99 Honda Civic Si that I have taken here on several occasions. While I am a girl I know a decent amount about cars. They have never tried to take me for a ride. The owner is pretty cool and always makes time to explain things. He changed out bad wheel barrings, several tires, helped with my power window (and didn't charge me). I have sent friends there since.

Reginald was the guy who fixed my tire. He's intelligent. He knows tires and he knows what happens on to them. I would go back there just to get Reginald's advice. Note - People should be in the office on time if not earlier.
