There are open gas pumps on 3 rows but you can’t use them unless your car has a right side fuel door. Literally took me 20 minutes to pump gas.

One way station makes half of the pumps virtually unusable for a majority of vehicles. Pumps are slow and card readers are always problematic. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Cancelling my Sam's membership after many years and sticking with Costco.

I never knew a gas station could be stupid before I used this gas station. So many stupid things about it. Firstly, The entire station is one way so depending on which side your gas tank is on, you can only use 4 of the 8 lanes. If you try to go the opposite way in any of the 8 lanes the staff members will yell at you. Be prepared to potentially wait in a long line of left side gas tank cars while multiple pumps go unused. The gas also always pumps extremely slow. It feels like I get $1 of gas after a whole minute of pumping

Why can we not utilize two way traffic? 80% of vehicles fuel from the drivers side. Always a line to fuel, or you can wrestle the hose across the rear of your car.

Poor customer service! When you provide pumps for diesel… you need to prioritize those pumps for diesel vehicles with signage… there were four pumps with diesel and not one of the three vehicles there were pumping diesel… then when I tried to use the pump heading the “wrong way” the attendant physically prevented me using the pump. Poor customer service all around!

Not busy after 8 PM. 12 total pumps. Car wash hasn't been open for sometime now. I wish the hoses were had extension arms like other locations. They CAN reach over your vehicle but it's tight/close. Stay away during mid to later afternoon, its packed.
