Great customer service! I had some dashboard lights on for the collision avoidance and lane assist in my Acura. They did a thorough inspection of my car and fixed the problem I was having and also told me about future issues that should be addressed before they also become problems. This is not a post about their work, I haven't used them before. I will now. This is a review based on the character of who they showed me they are today. I had an issue with my motorcycle while at the gas station across from their shop. I thought I'd pop over and see if they may be able to help. They went out of their way to help me. Did so with the simple happiness that comes from helping another in a bad time. My bike was back on the road thanks to them. Thankful they were there and willing to lend a hand.

Took truck in for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment 5/14/25. When I left the shop my front end felt like I was driving on a gravel road. Was told the alignment machine had shut down 3x while the alignment was being performed (didn't give me any warm and fuzzy feelings about quality of work). Returned to shop to have John Fowler, technician that worked on my vehicle, take a ride with me. Immediately he had an attitude and he told me I was lying and that my vehicle was vibrating when I brought it in. He then said that it could be that I drove my truck for 4K miles with my new tires and they had worn due to my truck being a bit out of alignment. I asked about solution. He said would take 4K miles for them to "correct" themselves after the alignment. He also said he could rotate my tires back to the location they were in prior to the alignment. I said if that will solve the vibration issue lets do that. He then proceeds to get pissy and says now he will have to give me a "free" rotation and I am going to have to wait till he is done with that he is doing. We return to the shop and are joined by Conrad outside. John then says that my tires have worn and keeps rubbing his hand over them saying "see I can feel that they have worn" I keep asking him questions and challenge his evaluation. John then proceeds to tell me that it is obvious I don't take care of my vehicle. John then clinches his fists at his side, shakes his head, and make grunting noises like a 3yo that has had his toys taken away. Conrad asks John to go back inside and tells me he will rotate my tires back to original position. Had 2 other shops tell me my tires were not worn as they looked at them while truck was on rack and being spun. Took my truck to Tadlocks and had my vehicle realigned last week since there had been no change in driving/vibration. Tadlocks said my alignment was out and I left with no vibration. Needless to say after my experience here and dealing with the man-child technician I will not be recommending or bringing any of my vehicles back to mobile tech. Guess mobile tech likes to delete reviews that are unfavorable and TRUE.

After an absolutely defeating experience at a dealership, shoddy work on an engine recall practically left my car undriveable. I thought that there was no hope if these so called “Master Techs” couldn’t figure out the issue, no one would. On a whim I googled who else could possibly diagnose the issue and read a ton of good reviews on MobileTech. I was astonished at the level of care and personal touch they put into a simple diagnosis. I received a nearly 26 page email covering every aspect of my vehicles health. Photos from under the hood, tires, the dash, explanations from the tech, color coded and all organized in a very simple to read document with recommendations of what to tackle first. This was such a vast difference from what I experienced dealing with the dealership, the ONE place you would expect to actually care about its customers and product. Doug at MobileTech was so helpful with my situation and willing to work on individual issues until the main problem was sorted out. They didn’t nag me when I couldn’t get the money together right away and they genuinely wanted to see the problem fixed, not just convince me to work down a checklist and run my bill through the roof. It was something unexpected and I can’t thank them enough for this level of thoroughness. I come from a family of mechanic, though it didn’t really make its way into my blood, and I can say I have NEVER been treated with this kind of respect as a man just coming off the street with a bummed out ride. I will never take another vehicle anywhere else and neither will any of my friends and family after sharing these details with them. Sometimes it’s just a matter of having someone actually listen and MobileTech has done that for me multiple times in a few short months.
