you can call the number and get routed to a central department to make an appointment if you go in the morning you can usually get seen pretty quickly in the evenings are on the weekends is when they're the most busy. their tires are quite expensive and you can find better prices at local private shops, but they offer a good price for the rotation lifetime warranty

I'm not satisfied at all. I had to change the battery of my father's car and we had a three years warranty on the battery. So, Someone who was there (a man with black hair and glasses) told us that "there was no way I could do anything for you, I had to follow the policy because it just passed 5 days of your waranty and I can't do anything for you. and also we don't have time to change your battery and also if you come tomorrow don't promise I can do it for you or not because we are very busy"!!!, come on,,, it's just changing the battery it takes maybe 20 minute,,, he had very bad attitude, while all the shops changed their warranty or return policy due to the corona virus,. So, then I had to go to another Sams club with my dad, and there, they changed and also they accept the waranty! So, I'm not gonna come back to this location any more because of horrible customer service.

This Sam’s club tire center deserves 0. Their tire department manager and store manger (Sir Allen who is extremely arrogant and ignorant) are arrogant and unprofessional. They do not follow Sam’s club’s policy on road hazard protection even after I called their online customer service. They act like they own Sam’s club. Fortunately, I am glad that other Sam’s club tire centers are much better and doing what the club promised, which keeps me (nearly 20 year member) stay. Never back to this club and I urge the Sam’s club management to look into this. Funny thing is that after I talked to Allen, another customer of the tire center also had similar experience on this Sam’s club center.

Don't buy tire. I purchased 4 new tire. But my 2 back tire of of car after 8000 mile completely bald. I went there to claim warranty but they simply blaming in to my vehicle problems. And I don't have any issues with wheel balance, alignment or any other problems. They didn't even check the vehicle the main guy came outside see the the tire for about 30 seconds. Zero stars.
