Compré 10 paquetes de pollo porque estaba en especial pero la sorpresa que me llevé cuando los empecé a abrir, tenía un olor como si estuvieran podridos, olían súper mal, son más de 200 dólares me parece muy terrible que vendan el pollo en esas condiciones que ni siquiera está para regalar y la fecha de vencimiento esta bien no sé qué pasó con ese pollo pero estoy muy molesta

The check in process is beyond slow Been waiting in line 30 mins just to check in to have a tire repaired Not like the bays are busy but the rep checking in customers is beyond slow Where is the service in customer service

There tire department is the worst and they lie. I've had 2 bad experiences there. 1st was I had a nail in my tire they said they removed and patched the tire. Two weeks later I see the same nail in the same place. Next I'd bought a battery there under warranty. The battery died I took it back they said we can't replace the battery is fine. Wasted money on a tow, took the battery 2 other places to be tested. Both places said battery was bad.

The wait time for a tire rotation is INSANE. 3 hours and counting, my car is still not in the bay. If you get the free rotation/install package I recommend going elsewhere and paying for a quicker rotation job. My next set of tires will be purchased somewhere else.

Price for battery was great but just to talk to the person at automotive took quite a while. I wear a back brace, no chairs to sit on. Was in severe pain. Took too long. Get at least a couple of foldable chairs for that Department.

Do not go there. We talked to several people before getting car towed there to get new tires on. They told us they can install as long as we bought it from Sam's club. Got our car towed there, everyone standing around looking like the earth just ended, the technician told the tow guy to drop the car in a specific place. The guy did that was there for a little then left. As soon as he left, we were told that they can't put these specific tires on the system won't let them. Bad customer service, manager and all. They didn't try to help out on no way. Everyone just wants a dollar and don't want to work. Please beware. Lazy, the customer service e received at the Miramar location when we picked up our tires was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Coral Springs ZERO stars
