Sammy is great guy, takes care of his employees and they in turn do good work. They have a minimum diagnosis charge which I think is fair and seems the minimum for them to stay open.

Sammy’s was great experience. The owner / Samii was friendly, easy to talk to, listened to me, followed through on what he said (will call early afternoon, and in fact did call early afternoon). Even though they were not able to fix my problem with my vehicle, they did help me pinpoint a little closer to where to go and what to do. The rating reflects the customer service I received and would definitely recommend.

Our daughter, a UI student, had car trouble. It was taken to Sammy’s and checked out. He could not find any electrical or mechanical problems.He charged us $125.00 for the tests and his time. My dad is 85. Sammy took advantage of his age and charged him for 3 hours of labor for simply installing a battery My father had provided the new battery. At this point in his career, sammy is just cashing out and looking to price gouge wherever he can including taking advantage of my 85 year old father.
