I have 40 years experience in the Performance Automotive Field. Now I am retired and no longer work on my own vehicles. We were looking for an experienced, qualified, honest technician to assume our automotive needs. My wife has a treasured 2002 Saturn SC1 that developed a "Over-Heating" problem. We took the car to Vince at San Lorenzo Auto Repair and made an appointment. Vince called the first afternoon and discussed what he expected the problem was, how much the part was, and that after this part was replaced it might reveal additional problems to address. We "OK'd the plan. The next day Vince called and said "We got lucky" the problem was solved and No Additional parts would be required. COOL . . . But the best part of our experience was the price :-) Much, Much Less than I expected . . . . and was willing to pay. I'm not turning another wrench on our cars again because I can't afford not to take it to San Lorenzo Auto Repair :-) Thanks Vince :-)

I have been to this shop a few times and have never been disappointed. Both Danny and Vincent are good at what they do. They were the only ones who successfully narrowed down the noise issue on my sister's SUV to a broken tie rod and fixed it, at which other shops failed.

I came here to get a simple fix on my tire. The mechanic removed my tire rim and repositioned it. He refused to accept payment for the work done, but I was embarrassed not to pay, so I stuffed some cash in his pocket. Such an honest mechanic. I would come here again.
