I dropped my truck off for an estimate. I was told the only way to get an estimate was with my insurance claim number. Rather than go back and forth I just took my truck elsewhere. I received an estimate from Harvey Body within a hour after leaving Sanchez.

I took in some simple fender flares to be color matched to my vehicle and was told the job would take 6hours. I went and picked up my fenders to find out that there were missed areas that had little to no paint and the clear coat had severe runs. These people are unprofessional and rude, currently still waiting on my finished product, it's been a week now.

Took my truck in to get some front end damage fixed. Not only did it take 2 months to get my truck fixed, there were runs in the clear coat and the colors didn't match. They blamed the incorrect matching on "sun fade". Now it's been 6 months later the paint is starting to flake and peel and I never could get them to get the runs out. Horrible horrible job and they "won't warranty anything over 6 months". "very hard to locate this place" WHAT?? Are you serious?

They did repairs to my vehicle and while it was there someone tried to break into the back door because they locked the keys in. When I picked it up they tried to say it was already like that but after reviewing video they agreed they were responsible. When I tried to contact them to set up the repairs they will not return my calls.

They had painted the top left corner of my tailgate a few years ago. It started showing signs of the paint flaking and rust a year ago. I brought my truck back to them a few weeks ago and they took the tailgate off and fixed it in a few days. They did not charge me for the new paint job, I was very pleased with them and recommend them to anyone that needs paint or body work done to their vehicles.

If the work done on my car was as punctual as the request of payment this would be a 5 star rating. However, I received a call on yesterday stating my car was ready for pick up. I stop by to place a few items on the inside before dropping off my rental. Being that I have tan interior I would have appreciated a little more care with the inside of my car. I had oil residue on the door, middle console and steering wheel. Also, My back bumper was sitting off and the rubber seal didn't line up under the trunk. I pointed these concerns out to everyone and they claimed to have adjusted them while I was gone. I started to get a little upset because the office manager didn't show any concern with my issues. He only wanted the money to ship out. This is my second time dealing with you guys and each time something is either left off or just completely not done.

I think the before and after pictures say enough. They met and exceeded any expectations and request I made. If you're tired of body shops saving the insurance companies money at the cost of you then this is the place to go. Locally owned and operated and there to please the customer. I'll go there anytime I need body work after this.

Mr. Sanchez was super nice!! And the young lady in the office. Everyone else could use some work on communication skills. However, the superior job done on my car was a 10/10! Entire front end had to be replaced and it looks better now then before I wrecked it! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
