It’s Friday afternoon, my batteries in my BassBoat are acting up, I got a tournament Saturday morning… I pull in to Battery Outfitters, thinking it’s my batteries. Within 10 minutes, they diagnosed problem ( faulty fuse)& test all my batteries for me, & checked & replaced all fuses for me. I was back on the road in minutes! Integrity: I stopped in because I needed a new battery. The employee on duty said he could sell me a new one but he wouldn’t feel good about it because the one needing replaced was still under warranty. Wow. I went back later because I needed batteries for my garage door remotes. I will purchase all batteries from this location moving forward. Super nice folks! FYI: if you need a battery of any kind they probably have it. They also have up to 18k lumen flashlights for those flashlight geeks out there.

I did not know customer service like this still existed in today’s busy world. Kennon Halford and the crew at Battery Outfitters did not just treat me like a sale… but took the time to really find out what I needed and then worked within my budget to take care of me. I needed batteries for my wife’s mobility scooter and a new battery for my SUV. They kept me informed of my options and what they suggested, but put no pressure on me to make my decision. When they were done, I drove off feeling comfortable and relieved that all was well and safe. I drove over an hour to get to their store, and will gladly do it again any time I have a battery need.
