If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was recommends to Sams by a friend back in December when I blew out two tires on a relative’s borrowed car driving up from Baton Rouge. Not only did they work with me on the price tag but were very understanding that I was pressed for time. Here we are February and my girlfriends car needed two tires urgently, and once again they hooked me up and got me back on the road with a safe ride for my babies. Only took about 20-25 min tops. And if you can’t afford brand new they have used tires too which is what I went with this time. I will never go across the river for a used tire again.

The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and sweet. We had a short wait period I needed two front tires. And he was very informative when I called him on the phone texted me directions because I am not from there. Very helpful, very sweet ,probably one of the best tire shops I’ve been to. Also love how he took the time to talk to me and my husband about stuff we were into. He truly cares for his customers. I just can’t remember his name so hopefully he comments on this.

Went to get my tire repaired because it had a screw in it. The worker patched it then aired my tire back up and put it back on. Three weeks and over 500 miles later, after I thought my suspension system was failing because of symptoms, I checked my psi on my tires to find out the one they fixed had almost 80 psi in it! Now I'm dealing with worn out suspension system components because of the excessive strain riding around like that put on my car. When I went back to tell them and ask for advice, they didnt even look at my car and told me it was fine. I do NOT recommend. (Edit) Wow this business owner's response is all lies! I'm shocked at what I am reading. I was never hostile nor in any way rude or even upset about anything. I'm a lad back person in general, and never even got upset. I never even saw this owner, only spoke to him once, after I found out about my tire, and he is outright lying! No one at that shop EVER checked my tire pressure on any of my tires, not even when I got it fixed. No one there ever touched my other three tires at all. They have no idea what the pressure in any if my tires were. When I went back, I was told the guy who fixed my tire didnt even work there anymore. Unbelievable. You'd think he might come on here and say, hey let's make it right, but instead he comes on here and shows his lack of education with lies and combativeness. I'll be staying far away from this "business." BTW, If you need a vape, they're selling them out of a box in the office. I bought three from them, two geek vapes and a foger.

I met Very hard working young man. Literally the littlest guy I’ve seen handling dually truck tires as if they weren’t heavy or much bigger then regular car tires. He was fast and knowledgeable. Also they have some of the better deals that we could actually find in Monroe.

Great place for tire repair, especially on a Saturday, late afternoon! I was coming home and my low tire light came on again after I just had a company put air in yesterday before I left town. So of course this afternoon when headed back home and my low tire light was back on I knew something was wrong. I googled tire repair shops in West Monroe open today and found Sam’s Rims & Tires who had the best reviews. Got there at the WM location and was immediately taken care of, didn’t even have to get out of my car! They checked my tire and found it had a nail in it. Repaired my tire, I paid them, and I was gone all within 30 minutes tops! The price was great as well!! All around great experience! When it’s time for my next set of tires, I will be buying them from them! Great job and a very satisfied new customer!!
