Place is a joke was told to stop on by next morning my wife arrived and dude wouldn't look at it and said we were supposed to call would have been nice to know next time say that instead of having my wife drive all the way there to waste our time. Beware they are not about they're word and clearly pick and choose.

Very impressed. Pulled-in to see if they could help me with a dash warning light that had been on 3 days. I’m a female but also have an extensive auto background. I had already checked what I could. I was waiting for the typical “ pretty female run-around”, Didn’t get this here. Very friendly, inviting, caring business. Diagnosed problem, cleared computer, most likely change in weather related, but if not — this needs replacing and quote given. All this in 15 mins. — Charge ? No charge, ma’am. Wow! Unheard of … 3 days before Christmas, too!

I had/have some issues with my F150. I went in to Mr. Jim’s office and he took the time to listen to my issue and help me come up with some remedies. He was very kind, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable on the issues I’ve been experiencing. Highly recommend his services!
