Would never take my car here again. Dishonest and in bed with insurance companies to save themselves money even if its at the cost of giving you an unsafe car. Be very careful.

Got car tow here less then 1 mile charged $1054 dallors no special equipment have Receipt . While car was there for insurance to look at it parts where stole from car guessing to fix another 1 there so in the end I had to pay out of pocket

Walked in for a quote for collision. Was greeted right away and quote took less than 10 minutes. Quote was on the higher end so I ended up going some place else. Really looks like a great place to go if you are not on a tight budget and looks like they take great care of customers. 4 stars given only because of the prices!

Went in for an insurance claim, it took more than 2 weeks for paint and body work. The paint was was poorly done, scratches were noticeable to where Mr. Ross said guy would buff them out, but re-paint and overspray on windshield is still an issue. Why release vehicle to me if it still needs attention to serviced area ?? GO TO A DEALER THAT WILL LOOK OVER WORK TO BE PERFORMED, HENCE QUALITY !!!

I took my car there to get work done of a insurance claim. They work on the front fender and car hood painted them both. When I got my car back first thing I noticed was there was a nice code of overspray/clear on my cars front windshield. Talk to Sandifer's about it he told me he was going to take care of it never did. From day one this guy was like I am going to take care of you don't worry! very dishonest do not recommend this shop to anyone.

I'd give a negative if I could. Mike called us 5 times plus a day trying to get paid. We finally paid him before the truck was "done" he never fixed everything that was broken. Headlight and sensor were never replaced and scratches to the passenger side door. Now not only do we have a truck that wasn't completely fixed he won't return our calls or deal with the $30 tire part he apparently couldnt figure out how to order that I finally gave him info on how to order after a 2 second Google search for us after several weeks of waiting...... which our insurance paid for. Never received the part we finally ordered it on our own. We won't ever use this place again.

My water pump went out unexpectedly as I arrived at work. Sandifer's does quite a bit of work for my employer, so I gave them a call. They were able to come pick up my truck, replace the water pump, and return my truck to me in a relatively short time. The cost was very reasonable, considering the situation. I highly recommend Sandifer's and will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Don't come here! Don't come here! When my sunroof was broken by a golf ball, I took it to this shop to repair it. After the repair, it still leaked. I believe that everyone who sees this comment will remember the day of heavy rain on 5/12. The rain was very heavy that day. My car sunroof was leaking all the time. They didn't fix it for me at all. When I found the problem, I contacted the insurance company. The insurance company asked us to drive to this shop and let them help me to repair it again. However, my car has been in their shop for a week and they have not repaired it. Today I went there and the owner of the car shop kept talking about some useless problems. I was talking to him about the sunroof problem, but he talked to me about the door problem. If you can't fix it, why do you open a shop? The technology is not good and the attitude is very rude. My car was also made very dirty by them. I showed him the video of the leak, he looked at it for a few times, and then started to quibble about some reasons. I was very angry and told me that the insurance phone number could not be dialed in, why can we get in? If your car is broken, it is recommended to go directly to your original car dealer to repair it, don't come here.

I really wanna say thank you to Mr Sandafer for all he’s done. He’s a very nice gentleman. He always gives it to you straight and I appreciate the help he gave me with my insurance company. Unfortunately, my claim wasn’t approved, but he was such a good man. He didn’t make me pick up my car right away gave me time to get the money for the tow truck. He gave me time to get my stuff together and I really appreciate his kindness and professional And the quote he gave me on the car is something I can say for it and I’m gonna tow it back and have him fix it because Bagali he did not have to be so kind to me and I appreciate every thing he’s done in the past on all my cars I don’t know about the rest of the world, but he treats me very well and he is my preferred body shop

This is a joint review of ABS Towing and Sandifer’s Collision l. I was rear-ended at the corner of Turtle Creek and 9th Ave in Port Arthur. Tow trucks showed up and I had the unfortunate experience of getting ABS Towing. After being extremely rude to my HR Manager and Direct Supervisor, he asked if I had a preferred body shop. I told him I didn’t but I wanted my car repaired by a Lexus dealer. He told me that Sandifer’s Collision could repair my car. I reiterated that I wanted my car repaired by a Lexus dealer and that he should just take my car to his holding lot and I would work with insurance to get it to a Lexus dealer. He stated that his holding lot was butted up to Sandifer’s Collision. Fine, but I want it repaired by a Lexus dealer. Before I could get to the lot to retrieve my belongings, I was getting a call from Sandifer’s. I didn’t answer. Then I received a call from Chad, the wrecker driver. I didn’t answer as I was then pulling up to the lot. Long story short, they turned on the pressure stating he had $75K equipment and that my car would be repaired right. I told Mike Sandifer that I did not want to be driving down the road in my car going sideways. He stated oh no, I will make sure that I put OE parts on your car and I can have it rolling by the end of next week. Before 8 o’clock the next morning, I was receiving a call stating that he couldn’t get the OE equipment for my car for 45 days, but he had ordered the parts from LKQ and that I should be happy with that because he would put them on his wife’s car! I told him that I would not accept aftermarket parts and I wanted my car moved to a Lexus dealer. Mike Sandifer tried everything to force repairs of my car at his shop. It took 5 days to get my car moved to a Lexus dealer. This post is to warn everyone to beware of ABS towing and Sandifer’s Collision . ABS claims his address is 811 Memorial however he told me that he butted up to Sandifer’s Collision at 2549 25th St. They are in cahoots! Beware!

I wish I could leave zero stars. You'll should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to rob people. You sent me a bill for over a thousand dollars, that doesn't make any sense at all. How do you charge, $450.00 to towe a car 4.7 miles?!! Why risk your reputation being greedy? Ya'll towed my car straight to your shop on 25th and it didn't move until my insurance company came got it. I actually went to your shop to get my things out of there after the accident. Pull up the camera. I called and spoke with Mike Friday, yall were closed until Tuesday because of labor day, and my car was picked up Wednesday. My insurance will be paying You'll but I'm definitely going to give them the heads up. Don't deal with these people. I knew they were up to something from the conversation I had with them Friday, & that's why I didn't want them to repair my car. I am a very honest person, & I can't stand dishonesty. When I called Ya'll didn't want to tell me the estimate and its my car. Ya'll told me to have the insurance email you and you will email them the estimate, smh.I knew then. Anyway below is the invoice they sent. From the accident to their shop is 4.7 miles!!! $450.00 for not even 5 miles?! Straight trying to rip people off!! Sorry! Right String, but wrong yoyo! Do better!! I will be doing another review. This one wont let me upload the invoice.
