Researched on the website and called to confirm everything before we arrived. When we pulled up the guy who barely speaks English said the full package is only available for subscribers and just shunned us away. No idea why this place is so highly reviewed.

For a fast wash, the prices are fair, and they do a pretty good job. You can also pay more for a full detail, but I haven't tried out that service. A+ for a drive-through car wash.

This is the best car wash in town Your car is actually pre-washed before it gets washed by hand goes through the system gets washed then they blow dry all the water out of the cracks so you don't get water spots later after you leave windows are all dried and scrubbed tires put on new black treatment excellent excellent work I highly recommend this car wash I wouldn't take mine any other place as a matter of fact I won't wash my car if I don't wash it there because it seems pointless to you get water spots all over the entire car windows hood rough doors trunk everything has water spots but not here at pro Wash pro Wash make sure that after you leave no water comes squeaking out of cracks and crevices where it was hiding to splash on your paint and windows to make them spot They air dry out even side mirrors and all the cracks in the doors cracks in the hood they do a excellent excellent job

Got a full car wash/interior clean here for my Volvo XC60 which hasn't been cleaned in a verrrrrry long time. The crew did an awesome job, including with the leather interior. Spotless and super clean, feels like a new car

DO NOT sign up for the monthly deal. Matter fact don’t bother getting your car washed here because their washes are so bad that is why I cancelled to begin with. I used it three times during my month and each time the back of my car was left with dirty water they didn’t dry right and my wheels were filthy. For $30 for the best outside wash they offered I can’t believe they don’t wipe down your rims at least. Anyway I called to cancel 10/1 and the guy takes my information and says no problem. Then 3 days later he calls back and says mam I couldn’t find you I’ll need you to email to cancel. No problem. I email 10/3. 10/8 my card is charged again. Still I’m patient and I call to get the fee reversed. They said call back when the managers here. I decide to swing by when I’m the area today and the manager basically tells me too bad they need 7 days notice and the email I sent was 5 days and I explained that I had called days before that but he says too bad that is our policy. Worst customer service ever and so strange. Nightmare to cancel. Now I have another 30 days paid for but I would never use them again. Hope the monthly fee they kept was worth this honest review and me telling my friends/ family about this negative experience

The car wash is worth it! But don't bother with the detail (or at least don't look at the prices on the website as they're inaccurate. Example: I drive a sedan and had nothing but a handprint size spot of spilled coffee and baking soda on my seats so there was no size/extra dirty upcharge. But I was quoted 33% higher than the website so those prices are clearly outdated. Also the stain didn't come out and the seats were soaking wet after...)

I stumbled across the Santa Rosa ProWash & Detailing just by pulling in for gas in June, 2023. I was passing though as I am not from this part of the country. As I went to pump gas, it asked if I wanted a car wash. I decided my vehicle could use a wash and went with it. It took me a minute to figure out the system. And I had to wait a minute since the employees were performing maintenance cleaning out the gook out of the mechanics. They then had me pull in to begin the wash. Two employees made sure the dirt was washed off by hand. My vehicle then went through the actual wash and dry. Once I exited the wash. Another employee made sure my vehicle was dry, the mirrors were returned to their position and the tires shined. I just could tell that this was going to be a really nice job compared to most car washes. I didn't get out and look. I just handed the last employee a nice tip and went on my way. A few minutes later, I stopped for dinner. I then looked at my vehicle. As expected, it looked really good. It is not often that I give out five stars unless the places I am reviewing excels at what they do. Doing a good job isn't enough for me, as that is expected in all scenarios. But this little car wash went above and beyond the normal of what car washes normally do. Unlike most car washes that a lot of times don't remotely clean your car. Santa Rosa ProWash & Detailing made my vehicle look great. As such, I highly recommend them. I will probably never be back since I was only passing through and live on the other side of the country. And that's a shame since the next time I need a wash. It will probably be yet another car wash that doesn't really clean your car. All I can say is well done to the employees at Santa Rosa ProWash.

My car was filthy, inside and out. The back seat was muddy and full of dog fur, and the windows had film on the inside. We'd gone hiking dozens of times in all kinds of weather and half the forest was ground into the carpets, it seemed! I paid $60 ($5 extra to scrub the back seat area) and they got my car back to looking beautiful again in under an hour. There were no smudges, missed spots, or things I'd wished they'd done better. Over the years, I've been here several times and this has consistently been my experience. I highly recommend this place.

Very expensive. The sign said $89 but somehow I was told it would cost more for my car, even though it’s a brand new car that I’ve only been driving for 6- 7 months. I do have young kids and sometimes I allow snacks in the car, which a quickly get messy 😩. We also sometimes use the car for work so I usually do the cleaning myself. I didn’t have time to do it while traveling and moving and needed it done quickly so I broke down and paid around $100 and the seats and interior clean. I expected the car to look new again because we had just leased this car 7 months ago and it was still very new. I was kind of disappointed and bummed I had been stupid enough to fall into the car washing rip off trap again. I could have done a better job on the interior. The car still had areas that needed to be wiped down. It looked like they had vacuumed and then run out of time or just didn’t think it was worth their time. I was able to easily wipe down the seats and leather myself but it still took me over an hour to do. , I would have thought for $100 they would be able to wipe down the entire interior. They did do a great job on cleaning and polishing my wheels and rims — wasn’t really a top priority of mine. I’ve been to places that do an equal or better job for $40 in Marin county and San Francisco.

This is the worst place you can wash your car, I paid 26 dollars to wash mine and the car remained dirty, the front of the car they rubbed and didn't rinse well, the car was white the front looked brown, all the wheels were not washed

I checked reviews for different full service car washes in Santa Rosa and decided to give ProWash a try this past Saturday. (I usually go to Splash down the road but I really needed the extra treatment including interior cleaning, glass cleaned, etc.) I couldn't be more pleased with the ProWash experience and the results. My 2004 BMW came out shiny and newish looking on the outside and super clean on the inside. The rubber floor mats were pretty much spotless, the leather seats were cleaner than I've seen them since I bought the car, and windows were sparkling. I drove during sunset later in the day and was like "oh my gosh I can actually see again"! The wait time was just fine and the value spot on. This wasn't a full auto detailing it was the $39.99 full service car wash option. I won't need this level of service every wash but when I do I'm going back 💯.

This is a fairly decent car wash in a ‘not so busy’ part of town. Their fast and efficient, maybe even too fast. I wish they would spend another 30 seconds per vehicle to ensure perfection. That would justify the $35 price tag a bit more.

I have been to different car washes, even fancy ones where the staff look pristine with their matching uniforms and fancy establishments, but the quality of work is lacking, quality of work is what matters to me and here they are quick and do a great job, staff are always friendly and have great customer service. Alberto who greets the customers is always courteous, the staff are all nice and greet you with a smile, they do great detailing inside and out. I will definitely continue making this my number one spot to bring my car.
